I am a 13 year old girl and I weigh 180. I have hated my body for years and I want a change. I don't do sports. I love swimming but I feel to big to be on a team. I also love basketball, feild hockey, hockey, volleyball, and soccer but, same problem, I feel to big to join these sports. What is my best weight loss option or what would be a good routein to try?

Ok, so just diet like put in ur head that I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT eat salads but smaller portions , try not to eat lunch at school and eat VERY little breakfast , I know it sounds hard but when on ur period u have a exuse u can have a lot of sweets , but I'm 12 and I was about the same as u , I did this and I became 84 pounds !! It's very helpful and doesn't take long about 2 weeks and you'll loose 10 pounds ALSO eat healthy cereal with fruits it really helps anyways good luck

You have no need to lose weight on the other hand gaining weight wouldn't hurt you either.

Am I over weight?? I weigh about 155 pounds and I feel so fat. But I'm also very athletic so I don't know if it's just the muscle or if I'm actually fat?

How do you eat if you eat alot of fatty food it will effect your losing weight plan,im not saying that you do its just an idea for you im the same age as you and it was hard for me to becareful on what you eat

Girl you 90 pounds i wish i could be that weight. That is A healthy weight that i wish i could be at I am also 13 years old and i weigh 132 you should not be ashamed of your weight.

U DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! If anything, you need to gain weight. 90 pounds or anything under 100 is small and fit and very thin for a 13 year old girl. Feel good about yourself!

I am a 12 year old girl I weigh 155.4 p and I am 5'7 I really think I need to lose weight I feel uncomfortable at school and in public places if I could lose around 35 pounds I would be so happy but my mom doesn't really feed me good (healthy food she feeds me pizza and noodles for dinner every night and(BUT) I have salads every day for lunch with fat free ranch dressing And lots of vegetables but I feel like its my mom keeping me from losing weight. . . Help me plz

xD it could be 47kilograms not pounds cuz this isn't a good weight (47lbs )for a 13 year old girl, I am 13 too , my height is 5'3 , my weight is 47 kg !!!

Hi I'm 13 and about 110 pounds you are a healthy weight but you might feel good if you lose some? When I lose weight even if it's only a little bit I feel really good xx

Hey, can you ask if you can make dinner sometimes? Then you can make things like chicken and rice salad, set yourself little goals. Could you say to your mum you want to get healthy? Try to cut out all other snacks and junk food and replace them with healthier options hope this helps xxx
