hey everyone, my name is andrew
im 14 years old, 5"11 and i currently weigh 205 lbs.
ive lost 20 lbs so far, since dieting in november.
ive been eating 3 meals a day and drinking water.
Breakfast: A bowl of Quaker Oats or Rice Krispies
Lunch: Soup or 3 slices of cold cuts (with mustard on the side)
Dinner: Either A Tortilla wrap or 1/2 Tortilla Wrap with a carb. or a usually have 1 portion of meat, 1 portion of carbs and veggiess (either broccoli or salade)
to drink, i always drink water (2-3 .5L bottles a day) but ounce i week as a treat i have Vitamin Water or diet soda. i dont exercise at all, its too cold. If anyone have any tips for me pleaase reply. Also, im really not sure what my correct weight. Im thinking 170lbs. Im not intensly fat or obese. Im just overweight. Im on the taller side, so its not a huge problem.

whoeva is trying to lose weight, trust me, its not gonna be a walk in the park. having wanted to lose weight since i was 11, i know what its like to want to lose weight and ive tried about 1000 different ways of doing it. and now, 4 years later, ive finally lost the weight and now i love the way i look, everytime i look in the mirror i cant stop smiling. so whats my secret? try. try and try and just keep trying and you will get there. never ever give up. i know it sounds cheesy, but please, stop feelin like c**p about yor weight and get out there and work yor arse off untill u there. but i warn u, fad diets, over- exercising, throwin up, not eating etc etc aint gonna work its gotta be a long term thing so just research as much as u can about it, then get out there and work for it as hard as you can even if you feel like giving up and dont let anyone tell you any different. keep trying and never give up. youl do it. good luck, the results will be worth it. you know that. work towards it. never stop trying. all the best, Kara xoxoxoxoxxxxo :-D
hi kae what i really think you should try is the medifast diet..my parents were very successful on that and so was i. before i started the medifast diet, i weighed 140 and in a month i was down to 115-120

Hey.. i am 13 and i think im very slim for my age (23inch waist) .
well i drink about 2 bottles of water a day sometimes 3, i go dancing on mondays and thursdays and netball on wednesdays. on sundays i go running or cycling or even just walking. i go out with my friends alot so yeah its usually walkin around and that. i usually eat atleast 4 portions of fruit/veg a day.. pineapple juice (depends which type), vie shot (apple,carrot and strawberry), dried aproicots, and an orange or apple or grapes and strawberrys. i used to have crisps and a chocolate bar every day with my lunch but now i dont. occasionally i will take either tho. exchange nuts for crisps cos theyr better for you. i usually find yoghurt is a good snack if your hungry cos it wont make u hungry till your next main meal. and remember its ok to eat treats once in a while. its hard work if you want to be healthy, not just slim. take my advice im sure it wil help you

i am 13 and weigh 125 i want to lose those 25 pounds. But i dont know how? I am in 3 sports that require tons of running so i am always busy. but i am always eating! All of my friends are skinnier than me so i never feel comforable around them..and i dont like going to the water park cause i get to scared. :$ I need to know how i can lose 25 pounds fast! I want to lose that weight before summer. the only problem is..is that its winter so i can go outside..and we dont have a terdmill. and i cant really workout at the ymca. My advice is to eat healthy,get involved in sports, and exercise as much as i want~!Even if your parents work many hours a week try it on your own!I am in cheerleading and circus so i am very active!I am not the skinniest 13 year old ! :-D girl in the world but i am not the biggest either~.This doesnt have to be a boring thing~You can dance, chalenge yourself to your friend everyday so you can beat the number of pushups your friend does!~My point is that this can actually be a fun thing to do not just one of those daily chores to do!
Im 14 and weigh about 144 pounds. I mean ive always been big builded but when i meet up with friends and there all in their mini skirts it makes me feel fat because i cant wear mini skirts.
what can i do? ive tried not eating between meals and eating healthily but i can't seem to lose the pounds??
