hi saw all the letters on her and could cry for you all dont try the slimmimg pills or cider vinegar its all rubbish the ONLY way to lose weight is drop the junk food eat loads of lean meat chicken fish fruit and veg and exercise if you cant or wont got to the gym just walk you will be surprised at how good you feel sticking to this and you will lose weight i know cos i have tried all kinds of different thins and the above is the only thing that works good luck to all of you
hello what ever your faviourte sport is eg football or net ball etc yo should play more between meals this makes u for get about food
for breakfast you should probaly eat cereal or fried egg whites and juice with definetly a fruit.
For lunch eat a sandwich and a little sweet dessert like a cookie to serve your sweet tooth and drink alot of water.
For dinner I recommend brown rice and diced chicken breast, a fruit and water. try not eating after 8:00 so you dont go to bed with a full tummy. Througout the day you can eat more fruits and vegetabled for snacks.
Try doing like 10 pushups ans situps in the morning and at night. try doing extra school activities, or 30 mins. of riding bike and or run every day(I strech alot).

1) do excersize that will get your heart rate up (such as a run) for at least 30 minutes each day
2) do 5-10 minutes of abdominal work everyday(situps, crunches, etc)
3) eat only when your hungry
4) eat 3 meals a day, and have healthy snacks in between
5) drink lots of water
you should be able to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks, and turn a lot of your fat to muscle! you can do it! :-D

I'm 5'5 and weigh 110 lbs. People say I'm skinny but in my mirror I look REALLY fat. I want to look like Nicole Richie or something. Idk how to do it, but I'm going to try that "Drink 8 glasses of water everyday" thing, and like 3 snacks a day. Is that bad?
I'm 13 and I weigh 120 lbs. I still need to loose 10 lbs. but I've come a long way. I've been about 30 lbs. over wieght all my life and now that I'm in 7th grade I've started to take action and I'm trying to slim down. Here's a few tips for how to diet.
*For breakfast have a piece of toast with a very small amount of butter on it and a banana, apple or orange
* For lunch, my favorite, Ok this sounds nasty but listen I eat this tofu packet and it's fruit flavored! It's sooooooooooooooooo good, Don't turn your nose up at it and go; for pizza cuz tofu has a bad rep but it's REALY good
* Try to not eat a lot at dinner because all you do with those calories is sleep, and we all know what a work out that is! ^^ So, just cut your dinner off by 1/3 and only eat 2/3.

If you live in a house that only buys and eats junk food, try to explain to your parents how you feel about yourself and show them how unhealthy it is. When your at the store ask your parents for more healthy foods. They can't say no to you choosing whole bread and not eggos!

I don't know how I even came across this site, but I am 24 years old and weigh 130lbs at 5'7"...so you all think you are unhealthy, but you are not. Stop giving in to what society wants you to think of your image. I am the ideal weight for my age, as most of you probably are too. being super tall and way too skinny is not healthy or beautiful. why would you want o be skin and bones? shape and curves is what a womans body is supposed to be about, that's what makes us beautiful. I have "little" cousins your age, they are gorgeous girls, some tall, some short, some athletic, some thin, some normal, but they are all comfortable with themselves and that is the most important aspect. I know, you will probably read this and think "oh whatever she's dumb" but you know what, I know what it is to be young and be in your shoes...you will realize when you are a bit older that it isn't about being "perfect" it's about being you.

Okay, well I'm 12, and almost 13 (in November), I wiegh 96 lbs. I know that probably isn't much for my age, but, my stomach is kind of big. I think that if my stomach wasn't so big that I would wiegh, probably around 80 lbs. And I really want to lose some wieght over the summer so I can impress this boy I like. A really good role model is Miley Cyrus, HAVE YOU SEEN HOW SKINNY SHE IS?!?!! I would LOVE to be like that.
Anyway, I'm a Junior Lifeguard, so I kind of swim a lot, so I hope that helps lose some weight over the summer. I'm trying to eat better, but its hard for me. Some on help me.

Hey, grls your gonna become like me absolutely obsessed w/ your eating.
I went on a diet in 2006 and actually stuck to it. I weighed 143 lbs in the beginning and now Im down to 95 lbs. I'm still not satisfied. Dieting can be a very addictive habit. If you're gonna do it make sure you do it w/ some help if you know you have issues with eating.
Advice:
Eat veges and fruit, cut out the snacking and fast food
Exercise everynight, do 30 sit ups, 15-20 pushups,jog in place or outside, do crunches. Keep in mind it's not gonna come off just like that. It takes time. Oh yeah, drink water.
