I know it's old, BUT PLEASE STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO EAT CHICKEN. It's horrible because market chicken is filled with water, chickens are fed with food that makes their meet fattier, it's horriblr unless you have grandparents or someone to give you unprocessed chicken meat.

Cut out sugary foods because that will make you gain a lot of weight and cause fat and eat clean like salads and eat many greens and also stay hydrated and do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day

hi guys im also a 14 years old and i want to lose weight as soon as possible my classmates and friends are embarrassing me everyday until i pity my self even my neighbor told me that I dont know what is the right thing i should do My Routine is like this :

~ I woke up every schooldays at 3 a.m. my school hours is 6 a.m. I am the one who en-charge my step-mom to cook a rice after it I back to sleep , after a minute I checked if its already cooked after that I take a bath then eating breakfast and ready to school
~ In afternoon I wash the dishes then sleep to gain an energy for waking up so early then I prepared for our dinner

But to be honest , I eat a lot after that i was tried to diet by starving but i fainted at the middle of discussion , last year my weight was just a normal but i dint know what happened to me right now can i get some ways for it ? I am so very embarrass at my weight now especially in school and my neighborhood PLS I NEDD YOUR HELP...

You may not even need to lose weight, you might just think that you do.

How much do you weigh now?

If you are certain that you need to lose weight, I'd recommend starting off by having power walks every morning and building up into runs. This will really help you if you don't over do it and keep to a reasonable schedule.

my current weight now is 48 ang my last weight was just 38 actually im just becoming 14 this coming october 13 I'm a short girl besides i dont have a time to walk last night i woke up at 2.am just to exercise but after that i got sick pls help me
