I’m also 14 and I’m a little heavy also I’m a cheerleader as well I’m a flyer I usually just watch my portion size and when I’m not doing anything I just do an activity like active kind of stuff and drink lots of lots of water you got this! Good luck

I’m exactly the same as u! I haven’t found a cure yet but I’ve learned to push myself in running and have gotten better. I joined cross country and I think that helps being motivated by peers. I haven’t lost a single pound tho but I feel better because at least I’m doing something about it.

I am 14 years old. I need to lose weight. I exercise frequently however I don’t see change. My family doesn’t buy the healthiest food. I don’t have many options eating wise. Any advice. Also I want to lose 20-30 pounds as soon as possible.

The best thing you can do now is drink tons of water. For now you're (personally) a bit too young to try losing weight, but if it makes you more comfortable and you chose to do it then yh.
Basically just drink water all the time. Eat a little less. Put a bit of pazam in walking. Its only little steps but it helps you mentally prepare for when you decide to properly lose weight.

Y'all I'm 14 too and I weigh 190 but I'm 6'1 in height but remember muscle weighs more than fat and I'm trying to lose weight and gain more muscle but just be a kid and enjoy your life dont worry about stuff till you have too

Hi I'm 13 years old and I rl y want to lose like about 30 or 40 pounds depending on how much I weigh (which I can't tell because my family has no scale but I just know I'm fat because my stomach sticks out and my thighs are huge) what should I do i rly want to tell my parents i want to lose weight but I'm too embarrassed to :(

Hey!! I'm 14 too. Im 5'9 and i weigh 210. what you should do is see how much of your weight is muscle and what is fat. muscle does weigh more than fat and can make you appear larger. its better to be muscular than to be the small one. just because i weigh 210 doesnt mean im fat. i can leg press 395lbs and bench 250. its not all fat. i suggest you find your limits and decide weather its fat or not.

Try the military diet search it up on youtube. u can lose 10 pounds in 3 days, no exercise needed, just specific foods you have to eat in order to achieve your goal.
