Hi, it okay be your size because when I was 12 I was 250 In weight. I think that I was obese than. I’m now 14 nearly 15 in July and I’m 380 in weight now. I have to have XXXXL I’m 28/30 in tops 30/34 in trousers because I have to belly in my trousers. I want to lose weight but I can’t I tried to lose weight but I can’t. My belly hangs out and flopped down on my lap. All my friends and family are Finn and I’m only the obese one and I’m the younger one in my family and I’m the fattest in my family.

I’m 14 and I’m 5.5 and I Weight 38 Stones. I’m the big fatty in my family and I’m the youngest in my family and I’m the fattest in my family. I have to go to see a specialist doctor every 2 months. I eat about 6 meals a day. My specialist doctor need to weight me, check my bmi, blood sugar, measure my belly, my hight. My belly is 200ines around my belly. My specialist doctor said that I’m getting fat every time I see you. My belly sticks out and flops down. I can put a plate on my fat belly. I can’t see my feet and when I go in to door I have to go sideways and my belly nearly just the side so if I get any fatter I can’t get through the door. I’m the biggest out of my friends and my friends said why are you big. I been big all my life like when I was 8 I was 22stones. My tops are size 38/42 and my trousers are size 40/44 and my dress size is 44/48. I’m obese and I can’t loose weight and I have tried to lose weight but I can’t. My belly is fat and I look like a fat pregnant woman and fat hippo. I have been ask if I was pregnant and I said no it just my fat. Because I’m obese with want be to go tv and go on super skinny to super fat tv show. I going on there next year. I’m obese. Any questions ?? Please ask me

Hey, I’m 14 and I weigh 220lbs and I’m 6ft tall. I want to try to get to about 200 and see if I feel comfortable there ( because the BMI scale is sort of broken in my opinion) but if I don’t I want to move to around 180lbs. I think I know how I can do it. I don’t eat that much fast food (maybe 2-3 times a week if we have money to spend) and I usually don’t go out to eat. I just eat a lot. I eat 2-3 bowls of cereal ever breakfast if my dad doesn’t make me eggs/bacon or pancakes. I don’t exercise except if I walk after school and I sit in my room and eat chips and play video games all day. I I just changed that I could be an ideal weight. Not like full all-or-nothing but just exercise and cut back on how much I eat. And not eat in my room like a slob

I’m 14, my bmi is off the scale and my weight is off the scale. I’m really obese. I eat 8 meal a day most of them are fast foods. The doctor said that you are really obese. When I was 10 I was around 19 stones When I was 12 I was 32 stones and I’m now tipping the stones at 48 stones. My belly is hanging out and I got a different one I have to see my specialist doctor because they got a metal plate to weight me on and I have to take my top and trousers off to see I fat I am. I’m the top floor of the building because I’m really obese. I have to change my clothes size because I am currently put on 7 stones every week. My specialist doctor lift my top bit of my belly and said you are a lump of fat. My belly sticks like I am a very very fat elephant and a very very fat hippo together I look like. I can put my mum and my 2 sister and my brother and sister in law together and they all weight together at 25 stones and I am 48 I am nearly double the weight. I’m the younger one in my family and I’m the obese one in my family. I can’t loose weight but I have try to.

I’m an a fat or even a obese girl who is 14 and I weight 450lbs. I have to see a doctor for people are fat like me. And I have to have only have a bra and shorts on to get weight and after I need loose my triple belly out of my short because I got four big fat belly. I also measure my belly and my tights and they are massive size what they have to be. My friend was about 235lbs and had a daughter but she was too fat to have a daughter so she died in her fat belly and I’m double her weight and I work in a cafe and I buy 25pounds of fatty food like sweet chocolate crisps ice cream and more fatty food every Saturday morning and I eat all of it in the morning and I have something like McDonald’s or burger and chips for lunch after I have 2 burger and a large plate of chips for tea. I been fat all my time I was born. When I tried putting on a small size trousers my tights and my belly were too fat. I aIways need bigger size trousers and tops because I put weight quite quick because I eat all day and no exercise and
I eat junk food all day and every day I put on about 3 stones every day. My belly is hanging out and flops down . tried to lose weight but I can’t loose weight. My tights are to fat so I have to have a blue band around my tights both of them. My belly is too fat so I have to have a red band around my belly and my arms are too fat so I have to have a black band on both of them and I have to wear long shelves not short because my arms are too fat. I have 4 chins and normal people have 1 or 2 Chins and I double what everyone has.

Hi. I’m 14 and I feel ashamed of my body. I weigh 199 and want to lose weight so that my friends and family stop making fun of me. I don’t run a lot and I only work out once a week. So plz can anyone give me some pointers.

I don't think you're really obese-fat. I mean if you swim a lot and run... But you are overweight for a 12 year old as you are 150 lbs. you also mentioned you are tall so....I think that you should check with your doctor as you have a history of diabetes in your family so it might be genetics and there's probably nothing you can do about that other than continuing to exercise and eating healthy (STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD) I mean I'm 13 and swim 30 minutes per week and weigh 98 lbs and am 5 ft 1 in tall and not really athletic but no one in my family is really obese or fat so ya. I think just continue exercising and eating good healthy food and you'll be okay. Hope this helps :)

Hi! i think that you should eat a lot of healthy food and probably exercise regularly to stay fit and lose weight. i'm 13 and weigh 97 lbs and eat a lot of healthy food everyday so that helps me. Also make sure to eat less junk food and more good stuff like salads etc..Good luck!

Oh wow! i'm 14 and 100 lbs (7 stones) and exercise a lot so maybe you should try exercising and eat healthy too. Maybe ask your doctor??

Hey I'm 14 and I weigh in at 245 and I want to loose but nothing works(I'm not lying) the more I try to loose the more I gain just last week I was sick I didn't eat anything all week and yet i gain 5 pounds I don't know what is going on but I would like to...can anyone digest anything

Ultimately if you're aiming to lose weight, you want to burn more calories than you consume. If you burn about 3,500 calories, you burn a pound. Assuming your height is 5 ft 4 in (average height for 14 yr old female,) at your weight, you naturally burn around 1896 calories per day (without any physical activity.) I'm not a nutritionist or anything, but what worked for me was watching what I ate and how much. Try not to snack on processed foods or junk foods, and eat some fruits or nuts instead (you can eat some occasionally though, I know the feeling.) Limit your portions to only one portion per meal (no seconds.) Try drinking some water before meals or just when you're hungry so you feel more full and less compelled to eat. Make sure to eat a variety of things so you get all the nutrients and vitamins you need (proteins, fibers, healthy fats and carbs, and a lot of veggies.) It may be a bit difficult to adjust to, but when you do, its not very hard to keep it up. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks this way (I'm now 14, 5'0, 98 lbs.) Exercising also helps with the process, but whether you choose to do it or not is up to you (I don't like exercise either.) Keep in mind that the scale weighs everything from your clothes to your waterweight, so don't let it discourage you; but do you have any medical complications that may be a factor in weight gain? If not, then you shouldn't have to worry. As long as you consume less than 1896 calories, with time, you will lose weight. (Also, just wondering, but what did you try to do to lose weight before, and for how long?) Good luck and remember, every calorie counts :))

I lost 50 lbs in 2 weeks and all I did was cut down the portions and sizes of the food I eat and eat salads and also I’m 14 to and I didn’t stop eating wat I love i just kinda like cut down

So I am 14 and I am 5,4 and I do track and my beally doesn’t look chubby and my legs are muscular but I think I get stress marks on them . And. I weigh 140idk why I do . I workout a lot . I read a article it said that muscle does not weigh more then fat ?????? Idk anymore :/

i wouldn't worry about your weight because I'm in the same position in the morning I don't want to weigh myself because I know that I know that I will get upset I used to self harm myself because I hated how I look I still do. I bet you compare yourself to your friends and by the way I'm charlotte I'm 14 too
