That weight is fine. The average weight of a 14 year old girl is 48 kg so your weight is absolutely fine. I wouldnt stress about your weight and I see no need for exercise, but if you do feel like you want exercise, just do some walking in the morning and slowly build it up to jogging. I dont think you would need it though as you are average weight.

when I was 14 I weighed 210 pounds and I hated it, my health wasn't good at all. But at a young age it's not hard to lose weight it's more about the comitment. Just drink more water and do at least an hour of physical activity and control your eating. If you get really hungry don't reach for the chips or brownies and go for something like an apple. Sure it doesn't taste as good but it gives results. It may take a day or two or even maybe a week but you'll get used to it and at the end of this whole diet switch, I went from 210 pounds to 150 pounds in 2 months! Goodluck! ;)

Drop your calories, get my fitness pal. For you if you want to drop weight asap go for a low fat, low carb, high protein diet. For instance eat lean meats, fish, vegetables, breast chicken etc... have about a 1500 - 1600 calorie diet. if you can do atleast 30 min cardio 3-5 times a week. If you cant do the exercise, you would still drop lots of weight. Im 14 i lost 25 pounds in 2 months with this diet.

When I was 14 year old I started taken meds for different stuff now I'm 28 all most 29 years old and I'm overwhight I am 287 and it hard to walk up and down the stairs I lose beath and I walk to the park I lose my beath too if walk down the street I still lose my beath it hard to get out of bed my lag hurt all the time can someone tell what to do

I have just turned 14 and I weigh 106 pounds. I really want to reduce that number. The websites say I am over weight so I would really like to loose 5 pounds.

Look, I totally know how your feeling! I too am 14 and struggling with my weight. I currently weight about 223 pounds and really hate that fact. My mom refuses to put me on any diets or medication to help, telling me there is NO magic way to get rid of weight. However, I found this app called Lose Weight in 30 Days. Its a list of exercises. It starts off pretty easy and slowly gets a bit hardest. I lost about 6 pounds in two weeks because of it. Green tea is also a huge help. I always struggle with overeating, so I've been trying to watch that. One final thing. Eating breakfast jumpstart your metabolism and helps you to burn more calories. One huge resource for me was Womeshealth.org. There are tons of weight loss tips of their. I wish you the best of luck.

Try to eat less. but don't starve yourself. Try to lessen your breakfast lunch and dinner. You can eat little snacks than eating 3 whole meals a day. It really depends on you. Of course excercising is important. you can do walks in between your meals, or maybe you can dance. Running and jogging helps a lot when it comes to dieting but if you are uncomfortable with that I suggest that you brisk walk, use stairs instead of elevators and escalators and maybe dance to songs.

you are the perfect size for flying right now. i am a base and my flyer is 110 lbs and she goes up perfectly. another group has a flyer that is about 140 lbs and she goes up even better. it’s not about your weight, it’s about how well you can hold your own weight. if you lose anymore weight if you are at 98lbs, that could become very unhealthy.

hey i know this is a late reply but there are plenty of videos on youtube with workout routines that you can try to lose weight. Try to eat healthy if you aren't already and try to drink mostly water:) Also drink minimum 8 glass of water a day it really helps!

I hate running me jogging to and I am 46yrs old. You will in to walk on a treadmill in the Inkline form then you will have to eat only protein and no carbs you'll put only a cup of vegetables in your diet a day. Only fruit you want is an apple your snack should be carrots and cucumbers during the day when you're hungry eat at least six meals if you can if you take carrots and cucumbers with you everywhere you go, they will last day at school so every two hours you can have a snack so that you won't be hungry .
