Hey!
Its okay to eat foods you enjoy, that is part of enjoying life, but to an extent, to be honest, its not so much about what you eat as much as it is How you eat. Here is my suggestion as a great place to start for you:
When you cup your hands together in a bowl, that is how big your stomach is, & how much food your body can handle to use & digest :) So someone with big hands can take in a lot, & others with smaller hands, well...not as much.
Divide your day into 3 sections. Lets call them morning, afternoon, & evening. In each section of the day you get one segment of time(say an hour) to eat your meal in order to nourish & feed you for each section of your day.....
In the first section, morning, lets call the first 1 hour segment breakfast. For breakfast say around 7am eat your favorite foods but the key is you can only eat within that one hour and you can only eat the amount that fits in your hands cupped together.
In the second section, afternoon, lets call the second segment lunch. For lunch say around 12pm You can eat what makes you soooooo happy! BUT you only have one hour to eat it, AND it must not exceed the amount of your 2 hands cupped together ;)
In the third section called evening, lets call the 3rd segment Dinner. You can feed yourself a delicious dinner of your choosing around say 6pm. Remember- as long as you love it, it does not exceed the amount as your 2 hands cupped together and is eaten within an hour.
Since you have an hour for each meal, you can chew your food slowly and feel happy about what your eating. Its the best hour in each section of the day because you get to EAT!
Even if you exceed the amount of your 2 hands cupped together sometimes, its okay, your body can handle anything right. Just don't do it every time or you won't see results.
No eating or snacking between each of those hours you get to eat okay :)
Once you have this pattern down( which won't take long) You will feel a lot better, & start to see results!! once you do, Id love to give suggestions on the next step ;)

Running is best and most effective for weight loose and it keeps to very healthy too.
Have a less but good diet and run as much as you can. You can also join a swimming club if you have enough time and interest. Swimming is best for bring your body in a good shape.

Number 2) to motivate yourself just think about prom and if you go to the gym (even if you just go for a short jog or lift some weights for five minutes) you will feel better.
Number 3) Don' stop eating, it is very bad for you and makes you gain more weight because your body will reuse fats from food.
Number 4) F*** the haters, I was bullied for two years and I started going to therapy and I'm much better now.
Number 5) only eat when your hungry, and you don't always have to eat healthy. If you go a week or even two days without junk, reward yourself with a Hershey kiss!

Hello there, hope you are doing well. As the question suggest that you want to loose weight but you are not allowed to have diet food. In this situation one thing that I would advise is to change your eating habits. By this I mean is to start taking healthy diet that is full of nutrition and has least amount of calories. Also make sure you avoid junk foods as much as possible. Some of the low calorie foods are oatmeal, wheat bread etc. Also start doing some physical activities like jogging or taking a walk so that you can burn some extra bit of calories. By this way you are eating healthy food that keeps you energetic and not increasing your calories as well. Even if you are not having diet food still you can try out the above mentioned tips.
