hey I'm 15 and I have the same problem. I used to weigh like 189 close to 190 and then I lost literally 20lbs, here's what I did. HYDRATE. drink a lot of water like at least 8 glasses because here's whats up, in your body your food is literally stuck there so it need some wet boost to help digestion. I also ate iceberg lettuce and no rice at all which was tough because I am Asian and we loveeeee rice. I also went running for 30 minute (now its 20 because I'm getting used to it) and did at least 20 crunches, adding 5 every day. I still today am trying to lose weight and it is hard ill tell u that for sure, I'm currently trying out this new Dr.Oz thing which is kind of good but not really because I have to lose my running and only do small cardio like planks and crunches, stuff like that. just stay hydrated a lot and watch your foods. don't get tempted by junk food!! just eat right, oh and when u want to cook use olive oil it's better for you.

Start by walking very little. Even if it's just fifteen minutes a day. Make sure to drink lots of water (minimum, 8 glasses a day). You don't have to jog or run to lose weight just remember not to be so hard on yourself. You are beautiful in your own way just don't starve yourself. That's the worst thing you can do and it's so unhealthy. Just start with baby steps and you will soon reach your goal :)

When trying to eat healthy I suggest not eating pasta and sandwiches because they are very unhealthy .if your not hungry still eat something when u don't eat you matabolisim gets lower and you start to gain weight .eat an apple a bunch of grapes or even almonds but I don't suggest that at school cause some kids are allergic .I too am 14 and I went to a nutritionist and that is what she said to me so I'm just sharing the info

Eggs and vegetables for lunch and a lot of water
Breakfast I eat a apple and a granola bar
If you are going to eat bread do not eat white bread eat brown bread because it is not as bad as white but itstill isn't the best
Stay with this and mix it up and u will be healthier quiker

Hi! my name is Haley I am currently 14 and I too do not like the shape of my body.I am 235 pounds. what I am now doing is just walking long distances around were I live. also I get a few weights from my dad and start lifting. after a few days of walking my legs hurt pretty bad but my body got use to the exercise. never give up girl you can do it!! :)

Hey I'm 14 too, and I weigh 130.... my cousin has started doing this though, and she went from 147 lbs to 120 :) crazy I know! It takes some time though. You can just exercise but still eat unhealthy and you can't go on a diet but not excercise. You need to eat healthy AND excercise! I know a lot of you don't have time to excercise, so try doing burpees! They work your whole body and help you loose fat everywhere! Start out by doing 30 a day. Do 10 in a row with a one minute break. Then do ten more with another one minute break, and then your last ten. After your workout cook up an egg and have some water with lemon juice squeezed in it. The more lemon the better the results. Try doing workouts like dancing or MMA. Anything that keeps you moving constantly, keeps your heart rate up, and you have fun doing is a great workout! When you want something sweet eat some fruit. If your hungry drink a full cup of water. Then in about 15 minutes of your still hungry eat some protein. Try eating 6 small/medium meals a day instead of 3 large ones, and NO EATING ANYTHING AFTER 7PM!!!!! You can drink water, but no calories. NOTHING!! Keep this going and you should see some results soon!

Hey my names Kel, I'm 13, many people assume I'm 16 or 17. I weigh 187 and I'm constantly gaining ans losing. I'll be 192 sometime during the day, next thing you know I'm 184. Although some dont consider me overweight because I'm 5'7", and it's not very noticeable. But I'm kind of insecure about areas of my body and try these 30 day challenges. And also i drink a lot of water. Look up 30 day challenge excersizes. My doing planks I saw a difference in my arms and a little in my stomach. But since it's summer rn, you have a lot of free time. Take advantage of it while you still can, so you have more time for excersizing. Also, don't do a starving diet. I did that before, it made a difference, about 10 lbs, but I gained it back after. So honey stick to excersizes, stretches and water....stay away from carbs and don't consume an excessive Amount of sodium.

Start walking and running more and drink only water and green tea and eat protein every 3.5 hours and eat veggies with that protein. I lost weight this way. BUT YOU HAVE TO WANT BABY GIRL AND STICK TO IT YOU CAN DO THIS JUST LIKE I DID.

Hi, I am also 14 and I too constantly struggle with weight loss. However, I have noticed that the number one problem for me was sleep and depression. I found that I was able to stick to my food plan better when I was in bed on time. Also, I found it was easier to focus on my dietary needs when I stayed away from negative thoughts. Looking in a mirror next to your skinny friend and comparing yourself to them, or looking on line at skinny girls in cute clothes will just make you want to binge even more than you would under regular circumstances. As for diet, you have to want. For years I have tried everything from starving myself to pills and fasting. This is extremely dangerous, don't resort to this. The one lifestyle that I have found that yields the best results is cutting out most carbs. I now eat mainly fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I stay away from sugary foods and white foods, and I try and do at least 20 minutes of exercise a day. This is extremely difficult though, but in order to lose weight you have to want it. You are going to have a tough journey, but if you believe you can do it then you can. Another important thing about losing weight is having confidence. The first thing that you have to do is wear clothes that you think you would wear at your goal weight. This will motivate you even more. But most importantly you need to be confident in your body now, in order to be confident in your body later. You are a beautiful girl and you deserve to be happy. Being over your goal weight does not mean that you are ugly or unattractive. You are perfect and no matter what you look like remember that there are always people around you that love and support you, whether that's your family or your friends. Society doesn't value you as a lesser person, and an important thing to remember is that nobody cares what you look like, they care about who you are as a person. I wish you luck on your journey. Try not to compare yourself to others, and work on loving yourself instead of what your body looks like! Remember you are beautiful!!! ;)))))

1. Put your meals on a smaller plate, this will trick your mind into thinking there is more food and won't feel hungry
2. Don't eat from the packet this is because you will continue to eat until it's all gone put it into a small bowl
3. When you feel hungry drink water sometimes when your body is thristy it will tell your brain it's hungry in order to get some water from the food
4. Drink more water
5. Avoid carbs
6. Try not eating bread because when you eat bread in the stomach with all the fluids it expands to make your stomach more bloated
I don't know if this helped or not but I hope it kinda did
