In 14 years old and i way 185 pounds and in afraid u will never loose wait,i got everyone stressing me out and im not motivated to exercise and to eat healthy what should i do

Ramen is the worst thing you could eat if you want to lose weight. If you wanna lose wieght stay away from starchs (rice, noodles, and potatoes)

Swimming is a great exercise for losing weight, or you could try walking fast for 30 mins a day.

how horrible. Anything exercise less than 30 mins is a waste of time? Any exercise is good to start with. All these fourteenyear olds trying to lose weight. You can't just push it all onto them, now if they went on a 20 minute run they'd think it is a "waste of time" NOT ENCOURAGING!!

I'm 14 year old to I used to weight 186-190 but I started diet no eating outside that much and do walk and I did jumping jacks and hand excercice and I'm 169 I think and I stoped doing jumping jacks and I'm gonna start again I suggest jumping jacks and like how much calor I ate I used to do that much I wanna lose weight to

I'm 14 to I tried diets on food , dancing ,I drink lots of water I've tried working out I lost 6 pounds I weighted 150 now I weigh 144 I don't feel comfortable with my body yet tho I am trying to try out for modeling and I want to be fit any ideas girls ??Plz reply back to this

I am 14 as well. Just eat smaller portions and if you can persuade your family, try to pair all of your meals with fruits or veggies. Instead of carbs and sugar, try protein like unsalted and unroasted nuts. Also, listen to your body. Do not eat if you are not truly hungry. I know this is a struggle but it helps. When you eat, make sure to eat slowly, stopping when you are about 80% full. You consume fewer calories this way.
I am overweight too, so sports are hard for me. I understand. However, I love soccer. So, during soccer season, I made the commitment to myself and my team to try my best and clean up my diet. As I began to slowly make healthier choices, soccer became easier. After the last game of the season, I felt so good. I had worked hard for about a month and was seeing results. That was the slimmest I have ever been.
I learned that all you need is daily cardio, and eating less of the bad stuff, or at least smaller portions of it, and pairing several smaller meals with protein and fruits and veggies. I really hope this helps!!

I'm 14, I am currently on slimming world and it's amazing. You lose weight at your own pace and don't have to cut out meals you just have to eat as much as you can if it's on plan also try going for a walk everyday it help and drink lots of water because if you are dehydrated your body starts storing up all the water inside good luck !

I'm also 14 an really want to lose weight. I'm currently 178lbs and I want to achieve to be 130lbs. The problem is that I wouldn't mind exercising but I don't have a partner to work out with. Dieting is a bit hard for me and i don't really drink soda and I drink a lot of water. I hope I can lose a lot of weight in the summer and not gain any.

For me, cardio has really helped me a lot and keeping off the scale too. I think the most important secret to losing weight is to eat healthily. By controlling out diet like eating less sugar and carbs and eating more protein goes a long way in helping us to lose weight the right way. I've been following this diet for a week now and am already seeing results.
