a healthy way would be juicing you would lose tons of weight but you would lose muscle also and your attitude may be off from the stress. if u eat two slices of brown bread for breakfast and just keep drinking water until around 2 in the day then have some fruit like apples and some salad with chicken and then at 6 have a dinner with vegetables like cabbage and some bacon and spend three hours in the gym and losing 600 calories a day at the gym and going to the gym 6 days a week for three months could a i lose 5 stone in three months

I'm nearly 16, 5"4 and 127 pounds. Although my BMI is considered healthy, I really want to lose around a stone and tone up in time for prom in May. Any ideas?

Nice! I was 295 at 6ft, best thing to do is CARDIO and DIET(she explained above), doesn't matter what cardio it is. I used the bike at 24 hour fitness, i do 10 miles a week day and burn a little over 400 cal a day. First week i lost 13 lbs second week 8 lbs so im down 21 lbs in 2 weeks.
