My name is Bella and Im only 14 and 180 pounds and im tired of period. its hard for me to say no to junk food or pop because im too attached to it is there any help to stay away from that?

I find it interesting that you say to leave out beef. My dad lost almost 75lbs eating nothing but beef and vegetables with an occasional chicken breast. Not all lean cuts either. Just stay away from the carbs and drink water! He also diet coke as a treat daily and an occasional sweet that is made with a sugar substitute or natural sweetener like stevia or truvia.

I know for a fact that Paleo diet is a non-restrictive diet that is easy to follow. And added with enough workouts or exercise, you might just lose weight just in time for your prom.

Hey, I'm 16 and I'm in the same position, although my weight is only 240. I am trying bicycling and lots of water! I would also try sit-ups, push-ups etc. I made a game out of it. I used playing cards and pulled a card, the number on the card would be how many of that certain exercise I do(: i hope this helps.
Oh and don't forget to drink lots and lots of water.
Ps. Helpful tip for me was to drink a glass of water before I ate each meal, because it causes me to eat less. Good luck, and don't lose hope! (:

It would be healthy to download Nike club for fitness tips go for a jog each day and have a vegetarian week each month make a table on paper and report what you need to do each day
