I'm 16 I weigh about 210 and I'm 5'8. I want to lose 40 pounds but I don't know where to start!!! Please help

I think you're in a situation where you might need additional help to start and maintain your weight loss, mainly from your primary physician, but of course, your family needs to work with you, too. Based on your weight and height, your body mass index puts you in the obese category and you most likely will need both a diet and exercise plan in order to start your weight loss. You also may be a good candidate for one of the approved weight loss pills that help suppress your appetite or fat absorption - you'll need a doctor to prescribe them, but they might help you at least in the start of your weight loss. Given you'd want to lose 40 pounds, if you want to do it and remain healthy, you can't do it in a short time, so you'll need to keep your expectations realistic.
