I’m turning 14 next year. Same thing happend with. So small. Like 1 inch soft and 2 erected. Now I went through puberty and it’s 5 inches soft and 7 and 1/2 have erected. Don’t worry. You’ll grow.
And I just want to add - I’m still growing, so it wil probally get bigger. Same thing wil happen to you. I’m sure of it. I felt the same way.

I'm 13 and my penis is about 2 and 3/4 inches erected and 1 1/4 inches flacid. It's also about 3/4 of an inch thick/wide. My testicles are also small. I have just begun growing pubes above and slightly around my ballsack. I have no armpit hair, facial hair, and my voice has just slightly changed deeper. I'm also very short, about 4' 11" tall.
