when i was eleven mine was about six inches and grew little if any since then. everyone is different. i know its really difficult having to wait. its the not knowing how big the thing will get thats killing you. your body will do what its going to do in its on sweet time, cant change that. the one that is sixteen years old i would be getting concerned too. getting late for puberty. maybe getting time to see a doctor. could give you some testosterone to get you going. i assume you have no signs of puberty.
