why are you worried? if you just started puberty if anything youre a little above average.

actually that sounds about right. i consider around three inches to be close to what it should be before puberty or the early stages so youre close. what kind of operation did you have and have you seen in pubic hair yet?

two inch is ok too. its pretty rare for a boy to grow up and their penis not be at least in the normal range of four to six inches. how many post youve seen around here from boys in their late teens or twenties saying theirs is real short. a lot of them may want more but they are still normal.
