Hey, man don't feel bad your most likely a late bloomer. When i started puberty at 11 my little guy was about 1", but now i'm 13 and my little guy is 6 1/2" inches hard. But my doctor says my growth spurt is done yet so it could get bigger along the years( i hope atleast 1 or 2 more inches)
