Hi i am having the exact same problem but i just turned 13 and i am just hoping that puberty will make a change but if it doesent just remeber that if a girl thinks that you are bad because ur penis is below average then all they want to do is ride penis all day. So dont worry about it
Just saying 5.5 inches is a pretty big size the average size is 6 so you will have time for it to increase so your gonna be fine if you don't see any growth in the next year or months then that might be your maximum size
