When I was 11 my penis was 4 in. and now I'm 14 and it's 6.5 in, it all just depends. I started everything really early and so now my penis is probably done with it's growing. Same thing for everything else, I had all my pubes and armpit hair by the time I was 12. The only thing left really is chest hair and facial hair (both which I prefer to keep shaved).
