I'm 13 and will be 14 in about 3 months. My penis is about one inch when flaccid and 2.5 inches when erect. I started puberty when I was 10. Im worried it won't grow.

Your not done growing yet so as you continue to go through puberty your penis should grow as well.
If you are overweight that can make your penis look smaller.

Well im 12 and 4.75 inches dont feel bad bro just wait until you are 13-14 and it will probably grow bigger due to the obvious

I was like that too, but it started growing and now im 14 years old, 3'' flat and 4'' when erect. I know it is not that big but it is growing and you will grow too :)
