I've had this problem in the past and then it went away for years.  Recently it has returned and I can't seem to get rid of it completely.  And i've tried everything.  Sometimes it itches like crazy.  The only thing that seems to help is grating a raw potato to make a kind of paste and covering my hand in it. At first it stings but then it calms the itching and the tiny bubbles seem to disappear.  I also will put neosporin on it the next day and that seems to help too.

to learn how to get rid of fungus in the body. If you have it on your hands or feet you most likely have it inside as well. You can quit eating the foods that fungus love and take olive leaf extract and nystatin if you can find the right doc to treat you and get rid of it.

Thank you for posting this, I greatly appreciate it. Am going to see if this helps. I've been to the dermatologist 5 times & have had zero luck with anything they've mentioned or prescribed. And it's an Aha! I KNOW from having played flute years ago in band that whenever I played - my entire chin turned black. Wearing necklaces, same thing - the black substance that rubbed off & stained clothing, as well as earrings with NICKEL in them. Think you may have hit the nail on the head, never thought of that.

I have had this same problem growing up. I went to my Derm and they did ultraviolet light treatments on my hands. First time it went away for over 10 years. I had it done again and has not returned. (I had it really bad growing up. My fingers would swell, itch, I couldn't wear Jewlery and, yes it was very embarrassing to hold hands).

I had this condition, undiagnosed, for over 20 years. Then, about 7 years ago, it began to grow increasingly worse and eventually I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis - painful swollen joints along with this ailment of blisters under the skin or nails that peel - my feet were particularly affected, and so painful. I got some relief from conventional medicine but was told that this was incurable, and to "just get used to it".

I investigated some natural remedies and found that a healthier diet with emphasis on eliminating acidic foods like citrus, soda, vinegar/sauces, tomatoes, and cutting right back on wheat and dairy, almost cured me completely within a few weeks.

When I let my healthier eating routine slip for more that a couple of days, I soon see the first sign of the symptoms beginning to return on my hands as these tiny blisters.

The only help you will ever find is steroid cream. Steroid shots also help, I had this 4 years and don't believe any doctor can cure this disorder. Sorry for the bad news, cause it literally consumes your life and affects the quality of life dramatically.

hi, the time-limited and repeating nature would indicate a contact allergy to something you use or do sporadically. the condition has time to die down but recurrs with another exposure. i saw this in a nursing home client who had an itch that came and went. it t urned out to be grapefruit. with each exposure to fruit cocktail there were weeks of itching, it would go away and then reccur. it took a while to figure it out. with you it might be a cleaning product, (there's a lot of reactions to them, they are totally unregulated) or something inhaled or touched, or eaten. how often do you wash the car???

it baffles me that health sources universally recommend aple cider vinegar but discourage anything else that's acid, like citrus. what gives with that? i've heard that skin problems were related to liver problems, toxicity and such. your diet idea sounds very valuable, but it isn't easy, especially the dairy part.

You have Dyshidrosis. Also known as Dyshidrotic Eczema. I have the same thing...It's why I'm up at 3:54 on the internet. Trying to find if there is anything new on here about treatment. Apparently not. The only thing I've found that helps when my skin starts cracking is Lubriderm..Unscented.  I have to use it a few times a day, EVERY day. For the blisters..I have no idea. I run my hands under cold water often. That helps for a little while. I have read not to use hand sanitizer. However, when my blisters get bad I use it once. It burns like mad but the blisters dry up..Then I use the Lubriderm. I have noticed that this flare up coincides with high pollen levels.

Try ciclopiroxolamine creams. It's the only cream it works for me. bubbles usually appear when I have some stressful situations, but they disapear after a few days of treatment. the worst episode i had with them was when i tried to remove all the bubbles with neadle and washed my hands with alcohol. this time it spread to my nail too. I took ciclopiroxolamine cream and liquid -one for skin and the other for nails - and it disappeared after a while.
