only way i noticed i spread some pimples to my butt is when i get a scratch on my face, then on my butt :| so yeah it'll spread that way (skin on skin though, it most likely wont pass through clothes.)

but right now, i have on on my right cheek, its like swelled around the head of the pimple(ive been trying to get rid of it) it looks like a mini tit :-(

i have a scarred one on my right cheek, i can feel it when i try to see if ones there, its like an inside calice.

i rarely get them, but when i do, its like they are really deep, really really deep, i have to like pinch all around to feel the stupid pimple.

i would like some advice too.. ill try the toothpaste thing but it seems weird to me. :-P

im glad im not the only one who has this problem :-P i was startin to think it was some diesease that i had to go see the doctor for >.<

I myself also have that I've have this problem since puberty, and being 18 it's a really big problem, and they hurt like hell, makes me self conscious and what not, nothing seems to work over here either it's making me upset I have them for a while if I keep messing with them, but they hurt so I try everything to get rid of them butt they come back every time in the same spot no more than 3 or so but it's still gross to me, I avoid sex because of it >.

do not play with the pimples you will only make it worse. i have tried every trick in the book which left me no choice but to go docs. its not very nice and also makes me very paranoid also whilst having intercourse.
the only thing i can suggest is cotton and very well exfoliate fr it is a bulid up of sweat stuck in the pores. im a very active person and find when i dont sweat to bad they clam. avoid sitting on hot and cold surfaces. try wearing very light clothes so that the problem area can air.

I get them, too. My doctor says that it is like a skin infection? He prescribed Bactroban to put on them to get rid of them. The only problem is that they scar and leave little holes where they used to be! It's horrible. I have so many I can't even stand it! When they scar over, they look disgusting. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who has this problem. Does anyone know how to keep from getting them??

I used to get them pretty bad too but I wasn't too worried about them since my face, neck, back & shoulders had those deep pimples too.

They went away along with the rest of my acne after I took a 6 month course of accutane. I wouldn't recommend that just for butt acne though. The side effects sucks and it was super expensive.

Just try to keep the area clean and dry. Use a medicated wash with salicyclic acid & exfoliating particles down there when showering.

Then at night, spread on a 2 or 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream.

I've been doing some research b/c I have this problem too and found out that it is probably staph bacteria (the most common skin bacteria) and that it resides in your nose. So, if you pick your nose/rub your nose or scratch in your nose and don't wash your hands you can be spreading it to your butt! I'm going to go to the drugstore and find some anti-biotic cream that kills staph and keep my hands away from my nose and see....I sure hope this helps. it is reassuring to know that I am not alone in my zitty-butt misery!!

I'm 25 and I'm glad to finally find out I'm not alone on this issue. I try to keep the area as clean as possible but for some reason these huge blood blisters emerge every so often, normally in the same spots or close to previous ones(Normally somewhere on the curve of the buttcheek). I've always had mild acne all over my body, face, back, legs, etc., the point is I sweat alot; but these things aren't pimples. They resemble a pimples shape, but generally get slightly bigger, have no pimple head to burst, and get tremendously sore at times. I like most people in this Bush Economy have no health care to see a doctor or to even prolly by the cream, so I usually just let time run its course. They're usually only around 4 or 5 days, then the pain and swelling goes away, so I try to just leave them now. In the past I have tried popping, squeazing, tweazing, and I even tried lighting a lighter until the metel piece was hot enough, thinking it might break the swollen skin and release whatever builds up in there. No luck, unfortunately the area we are speaking of is extemely close to another very important set of equipment and I wouldnt want to burn that!

but u can get an alternative its much cheaper...A medicine called RETANE
it works as the same of ROACCUTANE the difference is the country and manufactured ROACCUTANE is european,,RETANE is made in Syria and its muchhhh cheeper and its really effective
u have to make a blood test for the liver every month or 2

Get some Persa-Gel 10% Benzol Peroxide cream and apply it morning and night. YOU WILL HAVE TO SWITCH to wearing white undergarments, though. This stuff WILL bleach fabrics and towels, so you might want to use white towels too.

And if you sleep naked, be sure you have white sheets. It's annoying, but the stuff really works.

You can use any benzol peroxide cream, but I find persa-gel is the best one, because of its consistency.

I am having that problem right now and I am turning 30 in a couple of days.....Never in my life have I ever gotten a butt pimple but yesterday I woke up and as I was sitting I felt something.....I went into my bathroom at home and pulled down my pajama pants and underneath the crease of my right butt cheek I have what I hope is a pimple....

It is very red it is underneath the skin and a little red around it...It hurts when I start to sit but than does not after awhile of sitting....I put my proactive on it a bit yesterday and when I got dressed today I tried bamax after I got the shower I placed a little proactive on it....I don't know what else to try except nesporen now....I placed a band aid on last night but it hurt getting it off today....

Should I try neosporen tomorrow and place a band aid on again and just leave it and not take it off....I am going to the gym tomorrow....They do hurt too....

About a week and a half ago my butt started hurting whenever I sat down or got up. For a few days I didn't pay much attention to it and thought I must have pulled some sort of muscle in the gym. Around Thursday, I paid enough attention to notice that it wasn't so much my butt as it was a specific area in my butt cheek. Yep, I a butt pimple. My parents immediately started giving me antibiotics and rubbing neosporin on it, but the situation just got worse and on Sunday night I noticed another pimple popped up! Yesterday morning my parents took me to the emergency room (this may sound a bit over dramatic but stay with me here) where I was "drained" by a proctologist. Even though there's still a small bump, I practically feel nothing anymore. All I have to do is take some antibiotics and the bump's supposed to go away.

I'm not sure if what I had is the same thing as the pimples you're describing, but apparently it's very common and at least two people I know have gotten it before. It's a deep internal skin problem, what I had, so benzoi peroxoid (is that how you spell it?) isn't enough. Whether you have the same thing as me or not, I suggest you go straight to a proctologist, they'll know for sure what's going on and get rid of it before it becomes too serious.

after u figure a way to get rid of them and you still have marks or scars. Go to a tanning salon and can also help get rid of them to just have to wash your really good after.
