okay I am 25 years old have been dealing with assne most of my life since i can remember it comes and goes, have scars not too bad now though.I started using panOxyl wash and it did well for awhile but never totally cleared up. But now I have my ass better than its ever looked clear and now I am working on the scaring I have been using "The body shop"'s Tea tree blemish fade lotion @ night and during the day when i have time; and for pimples the tea tree oil out of the bottle, it is refreshed and moisturized while not cleaning too harshly.
I highly recommend this. It wasnt even as expensive as i thought! 9$ for oil and 12$ for cream best investment ever! Hope this gets out
and helps people I know i have delt with this and its embarrassing i am an attractive girl and i always wondered if people thought i was gross when i got intimate w my partner. now i feel moe confident not needing to always hide.

A great way to get rid of them is to take a realllyyy HOTHOTHOT washcloth and put it on there for about 10 or 15 minutes. It kills the germs and bacteria in the pimple and it will feel alot better! I have one and it hurts reAlly bad like I'm sitting on a bruise
IM 15 and i have had butt acne for three years. i normally get large pimples which are full of blood and puss, it seems like nothing will work and they just keep coming back!!!!! im very sexually active, pluse i have a new boyfriend whos in love with my booty. we have had sex numerous of times but he has not seem to have found out yet, which would be totally embarrassing if her ever did considering he is much older. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM!!! AND WITH SOME TYPE OF TREATMENT THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK ASAP!!!!!!
I have occasionally had this problem when I reached puberty. Recently I had a couple dimples on my right cheek wich have healed. Now I have one on my left that I tried to leave alone, but have been putting rubbing alcohol on it. Hasn't gone away yet...I have a trip to vacation planned in a week and a half with my husband, and I'm supposed to get into a bathing suit??? Yikes! How can I make it go away ASAP????
Hey guys, I have been suffering with this c**p for about 7 years now... doctors have given me all kinds of stuff to try my way is the only way that helps. These things get approximately 6cm in diameter and usually congregate close together and in previous what i would call holes. The only thing that eases the pain is hot need and a poke or 4. This does not solve the problem though. I also heard scratching your nose has an effect i don't do that, i sweat a lot and am a bit overweight but its not the cause because i get it on my thighs as well. I hate the buggers and they hurt me so good luck to you all
i get these too.. they could be cysts. my friend had to get hers removed.. i would not squeeze it out but instead treat it with either hot clothes or tea bags. I know this sounds weird but if you place an onion on it over night with gauze the nasty thing should slowly come out.. its not an instant thing, its a process but it works. my uncle had like 5 of them on his neck, back and stomach... try and see if it works for you.
Sure sounds like a fistula to me. Get to a colon/rectal doctor right away-infections can be dangerous.
Hi Guys, i have had this problem and have seen the doctor about it.
it is staph bacteria, and sometimes a cyst might develop which means the pimple will go away but its still there internally and prone to future infection.
If repeated infection occurs it is best to see your doctor who will suggest surgery to get the cyst removed.
Looks like most if not all have "Fistula" of the annul look it up, it is a abscess or cluster of abscess the have tubes and connect to the bowl. You need to see a specialist to fix this issue as it can be serious....

I first started having this problem when I was about 12 or 13 years old. I immediately went to the dermatologist and he put something on my butt cheek and let it sit for about 6 hours. I washed it off afterwards and things seemed to get better. The pimples went away and when they would come back, I would just have him put the stuff on again. I have not had any problems for about 5 years. Now I am 17 and of course, super self consious about EVERYTHING! I have noticed pain when I sit down lately, and when I looked in the mirror, there was another nasty butt zit! I have at least 10 scars from my previous bout of butt-zits, but I dont want another one! I have no clue how to get rid of it, but I am SO happy to see I am not alone! I will have to show my BF the numerous replies on this site..maybe he wont think Im as nasty! Thanks for the advice!
I'm so glad I'm not alone with theses horrible thing I get one every few months or so especially in summer. I feel nasty, and they hurt so bad and I can't help but squeeze them and of course it swells and gets even more red but if I keep it clean and put antibiotic cream on it goes away in a week or two. They just suck! Good luck to you everyone who has them.
Hi I'm 12 and I have large pimple type things under my skin on my bum. I have 2 next to each other and one came above the surface, so I popped it, and now I'm not sure what gonna happen, 'cause it's still a red blotchy mark. But this other one I have has been there for a few months and when I looked at it it had skin peeling off (sounds gross, but there was just dry skin on top of it) and it has gone a bit grey!!
Please help, I hate seeing my bum when I have a grey mark on it!!
(I used to have above the surface pimples on both cheeks, but now they're all gone there's just these two left!!!!)
i got really great advice on this website and i'm happy to say it's all cleared up! i read that the best way to get rid of them is to rub the spots with antibacterial stuff (i used witch hazel) and then cover it with a bandaid so it doesn't rub off on your jeans. this worked! the pimple went away within 3 days. unfortunately there was some scarring, but it's nothing some mederma can't fix. :-|
i used advice from here and it worked! i just rubbed it with witch hazel and covered it with a band aid, it was gone within 3 days! unfortunately, i have scarring but it's gone and no pain
