I'm 46 years old and I've been a daily smoker for 35 years. Only in the recent 4 years have started smoking the high grade MJ and I get terrible morning sickness. When I stop smoking for 12 hours or more the symptoms go away. If weed can trigger the munchies and make your stomach feel empty, I can only assume that it can also make you feel extremely full. As in bloated, no appetite, etc. Whenever I quit smoking for a few days or weeks (for job related reasons: drug screening) all my health issues go away. Gastro intenstinal problems, sinus issues, sleep apnia, arthiritis, all these fade away. All are related to inflamation, perhaps that is what this high grade MJ does to us. Inflammation, its a b***h. The schwaggie mexican never did this to me.
My boyfriend is 24 he's been haveing abdominal pain nasea and vomiting and chills for a year now we've been to 3 specialist he's had an endoscopy and colonoscopy everything normal CT scans MRI blood work totally normal he's lost a lot of weight it's ridiculous, he's a pot smoker for 3 years smokes a lot His doctors tell him that it's the weed because his body is so use to it that it.. They would give him so many pain medication that nothing would work not even for the Nasea. If anyone can help us out plz email me

CANNABINOID HYPEREMESIS SYNDROME. google it.
I've been a daily smoker for 37 yrs. Approx 8 yrs ago I started having symptoms that are
quite similar to a number of posters here.
I was having "episodes" with a frequency of every 6mos like clockwork until about 6-9 mos ago.
Now they're occurring every 2-3 weeks.
The episodes are 16-18 hrs long consistently. The whole time is marked by a need or a perceived need to vomit. The first 2-3 hrs I experience extreme chills and profuse sweating at the same time. I struggle to be at a comfortable temperature. I am totally non functional and totally apathetic about anything and everything. All that matters is making it through the episode. The ONLY relief I can find is to sit in the tub and hold the warm shower(mine's on a hose)to my abdominal area. I have sat like that for over an hour at a time. I do this probably 5-6 times per episode.
Recently I have gone to a GI doctor with my problems.(same description as above.) While he was consulting and scheduling me for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, he asked me if I used Marijuana.
I told him the exact truth. Since i was interested in why he asked, I had to ask him. And this is what he had on his mind............CANNABINOID HYPEREMESIS SYNDROME. I looked it up and was quite surprised at the symptoms and the only known temporary relief....
a warm shower applied to the ab area...!!!
