I would like to see this information too
You so silly
this was a very helpful response thank you!!!
I think you should read on panic attack and anxiety disorder. The physical feeling that you described are typical of panic attack. Stress is a b***** for the entire body. Sometime learning on panic attack is enough to stop them. I had panic attack for years and it stop when I finally understand what was going on. And like you I went to doctor who found me perfectly healthy. Good luck.
try having a look at this - cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome
i realize yours is an old post and probably.no longer concerned, but just want to say I smoked over a gram per day for 35 years, able to stop for only 2 months at a time and always a dreadful experience. I've had stomache and digestive problems for 20 years. Doctor told me pot was causing it all. I stopped smoking and for the first time in 20 years, my digestive system is GREAT!!! It is now a known fact that excessive smoking causes digestive system to slow down. Pot can also relieve stomache pain, but not gas, bloating, etc. Weird but pot can cause the same things it can cure. all depends on your body, mind and how much smoked.
This is so true. Thanks
My doc said when u smoke u produce more acid and that could b the issue, I puke everyday almost in the am
You wont get this but if you do, how is the resin getting in my stomach? your assertion that smoke goes in my stomach is not only not true but an ignorant statement.
I believe u may be on to something. I smoke heavy and don't eat all day until later in the night when I get bad munchies I eat heaps of c**p late at night. I hope so pot my friend,I've had stomachramps that I cant get relief from. I will improve my eatingtimes and correct my diet I think this will help. Oh and stay off the piss even worse that sh*t is literally poison. Thanks forpostin .have you change your eating? U better or same? Please reply if you can
I was having pain in my stomach/diaphragm on and off for almost a year. Recently this pain (feels like a sharp knife) has been getting worse and lasting longer (now for days). I get the munchies like crazy, and I'm not the healthiest eater, but I also wanted to look up to see if marijuana smoke could get trapped in my stomach, or cause it in a different way, and I happened upon this thread...
Idk if it causes it, but I want to share my symptoms incase. I also saw that others had similar stomach issues here.
Sharp pain in stomach for days, bloating, and no bowl movements, followed by chronic itching. One time I even had dark urine for 3 days. I finally went to doctor and they ran blood work. My liver was 6 times more than the normal high. Im talking, normal high being 40, and mine was in mid 200s. Doctor called me when they read my test results and told me to go to ER. So people having stomach pain, i recommend blood work. Turns out I also had slight jaundice, they put me on iv fluids, i couldn't eat or drink, and stayed over night. During my stay they did MRI and Ultrasound. They found polyps in gallbladder. This suggested to them it was a stone, but no stone was found.
I know others have had issues with smoking pot and they had gallbladder issues... makes you wonder, is there a connection? Maybe not everyone is susceptible to it, and others are? I tend to breath with my stomach, do the others who have complained of stomach pain also breath with their stomach? Someone on this thread mentioned thc build up, maybe that could turn into a stone?
They are going to watch my polyps and liver bloodwork the next few months, and see if i need gallbladder surgery or removal.
I'm afraid to smoke now, because i don't want to stay the night in ER...
Smoked every night for the past 2yrs... i love smoking, it'd be sad to give up :-(

I'm 35 and been smoking hash for 15 years. First 10 years was fine, smoked when I came home from work, and around bedtime. Last 5 years I've been smoking more and more, and about 2 years ago my stomach and bowels started acting up with cramps, indigestion, vomiting ect. Been tested from head to toe, and I'm healthy all-around. Stopped smoking for 2 weeks and the pain & discomfort disappeared.
