Well, TECHNICALLY a gyno can see if your hymen has been broken/cherry popped, but that still doesn't mean they'll know if you've had sex/masturbated. Many girls are born without hymens, and many girls accidentally break theirs when they're young from gymnastics, horse-back riding, etc.
