I know what you mean by saying "girls have wanted to do stuff" yes, have sex with you but as you say you have a very small penis at only 2 and a half inches erect you won't have sex. Most girls don't worry much about the size of as you say 'a good looking attractive boy' if you are attracted to a girl you fancy, just tell her you to want sex but your penis is below average, in most cases, the girl will not be too bothered, they would rather have that size than some monster of a penis which would hurt her.
