Some guys don't have wet dreams and some often have them.
It is something that just happens for some guys while their sleeping often the first thought is they have peed the bed.
Your well into puberty so it could happen.

Lots of boys had bed wetting problems before and might have stopped for awhile and during puberty it starts back up.

Yes i like wet the bed till i was 9 then stopped
It is nothing to worry about it happens with lots of boys.
