To all who have done this, does the new skin look normal? Also will e45 be a suitable cream to use to prevent infection?

Thought I'd add a post with how I've been removing mine.

Never tired the soldering idea, mostly because my PPP were actually a bit "longer" and not just raised bumps so I knew it wouldn't work as well for me. I went back to basics and have been cutting them off with toenail clippers.

Obviously this has risks blah blah but I'll explain what I did.

I bought Iodine and made sure to cover the area in it first, then I applied a tattoo numbing cream that works wonders, no pain. Then VERY CAREFULLY cut them with the toenail clippers, they need to have a straight edge, anything curved and you just won't be able to line it up.
However once you've cut they will bleed and it seems really slow to clot, but if you buy a styptic pencil (used for shaving cuts) it will stop the bleeding right away. It has a sort of chemical reaction and will crust over a bit dark and look pretty terrible but it's just dried reacted blood you should be familiar with if you have used it for shaving, it will come off in the shower over a few days without any need to scrub at it, just gently aim water at the area.

Then when I'm finished I apply iodine again.

I've not had any infection and my PPP has significantly reduced. You won't be able to do it all in one sitting at all and if it's a bad case it will take quite a long time, but it works, the skin doesn't come out completely smooth with no trace that anything was there it's a million times better. But I'd only recommend this for people with protruding PPP like me though, if you've ever thought you wish you could just snip away your PPP it probably will actually work, on the other hand if its just smaller slightly raised bumps you will end up just making a big cut the skin.

And a final word of warning, the tattoo numbing cream works VERY well so be VERY cautious when cutting, you won't feel any pain or pinching so you need to make sure you are not cutting a big part of your skin along with the PPP, one time I got carried away and cut a bit too close that left me with a cut that took a while to heal and re-opened a couple of times, I've been extremely cautious since so you should start out like that!.

Also I'd advise start by cutting just one PPP and wait for it to heal completely. Then you can see what the result will look like and decide if it's for you.

Warning papules removal = lie to make money

That scam It is common everywhere. All tips are a bunch of things to find on the net, but absolutely not work and are dangerous even a qulques with acid products

Here it is a business that ranges from $ 16 for those who have copied page after paying $ 38 and here .all these tips are useless , papules grow back ; the only radical cure papules and pen Electrolysis (unfortunately hard to find on the net) I not put link to give you. I bought this pen in Germany. And yes, I got rid of the papules in less than two months

A big thank you to the original guy who first mentioned the soldering iron and everyone else in this thread who recommended it.

Some tips

If you don't have a soldering iron, a piece of wire heated until glowing also works. A coat hanger, guitar string, sandwich tie, paper clip, whatever. The papules will turn white and sizzle, then in a few days will peel off.

Also forget the numbing cream. The pain is instant and sharp, but it's also short lived and not an issue. Try one or two papules and you'll see what I mean.

It took two sessions for my papules to be removed. I had a lot of them, a few rows worth all around the head. They were also long. The first try I took off most of the papule but was left with a stump, second session left me with smooth skin.

If you're circumcised look into a wrap of some kind for the first few days afterwards. It's not painful unless you purposely touch the burnt area or if it rubs against clothing etc. So protecting it from contact would be worth thinking about beforehand. I'm uncut and since it's always covered it wasn't a problem, but cut guys need to figure something out.

Anyway, thanks again for the thread. I've had PPP for 24 years and every now and then i'd look online for a solution, and finally I can put it to rest. That is amazing to me.

Suffering from PPP for years but only recently decided to get rid of them as they looked and feel more obvious now.

Read right from post #1 to the last, it is obvious the soldering iron method works. Funny thing is that I am an electronics enthusiast and the soldering iron is always just 1meter away from me. Totally didn't expect the iron for my penis!

Anyways i am already in the middle of castor oil treatment, and it actually works. The papules reduced in size significantly. The whites are fairly gone and only bumps remain. So i will continue and see how it goes.

My plan B is the tea tree oil that i bought together with the castor oil. From the reports here, i bet it will work better as it causes skin peels. You want that PPP to go, peeling is the best way.

Glad to know the soldering method. I am very confident getting rid of the damn PPP now.

So to my findings, in summary:
Castor oil - softens your skin
Tea tree oil - dries and peels
Soldering iron - burns and peels

I am sure soldering iron works fastest, but to those having difficulty committing can try the oils first.

Put me down as another success story. I was really sceptical, as I'm sure are others who read this, but it does work. I was so unsure that I used 10% by weight Lidocaine. It's definitely a weird experience not having any feeling and at one point I thought it would never wear off.

I used a sterilized paper clip, as suggested earlier, (held it with a wood peg to not burn my fingers) rather than the soldering iron since it provides better precision than the iron I have. Heat the paper clip in an open flame until it glows bright red and then slowly apply to a papule. A few reheatings of the paper clip were necessary. I felt nothing at all and all I heard was a sizzle.

If you're circumcised, it may be uncomfortable post "surgery" without any "natural protection" so keep that in mind.

After a few days, (be sure to apply an antibacterial cream of some sort at least once daily) the area sort of scabs up and is quite sensitive to touch, cold water is fine though. The papules practical fall off by themselves, no need to pick at them. Just be patient. You may need to do the entire process two times or so depending on how many you have.

I just did it.. New year resolution, let's see what happens.

Moving post Noxxy! Thank you. After many years since my last post here, I return to confirm my soldering iron method worked for me. This thread seems to have become PPP's worst nightmare. Since after these years I feel somehow committed to this thread, if anyone wants to ask me anything regarding the method, reply me with questions.

Year after report checking, grew back a few small little papules but they are way smaller than my original ones. I found out that not washing my genitals after masturbating was causing this, so after I started doing that, no new papules seems to have arose. And when I mean washing like full on water washing. Also could you do this procedure twice or will it harm the skin? I will probably do it one more time and just keep my genitals clean.

Mine also grew back, but now smaller enough not to pay attention anymore. But I've read posts from guys soldering twice. I don't think this would cause any problem (yet I also don't know, if we harm something in general, even from the 1st soldering). The corona area seems to heal faster than skin, leaving no scars.
