Pregnancy test taken before period due says negative but is

HELP im danielle and i am 6 days away from my period!god hoping it DOESNT come!i lied 2 days ago to the doctor about my dates and they gave me a blood test, which i was hoping for! it was negitive.could i still be pregnant.my cycle is 28 days long without fail and i have experienced cramping and a little sickness.i have been pregnant before twice, one of which i lost at 10 weeks and the other is 6 years old on the day i am due on! i feel pregnant but is it in my head!i think i may just give up if this is another fail! i can not cope with this torcher anymore!does anyone else feel the same? how many people have had positive results after a negitve blood test this early???????????????????????? good luck everyone, my fingers are crossed for us all xxxx  

Hi All!!!! I am so glad i found this website as me and my boyf have been going out of our minds. I am due on my period in 2 days and no sign of it (i hope it doesnt bloody come either).............I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and then again today BOTH NEGATIVE :-( I have pregnancy sypmtoms.............Sore nipples, abdominal cramps, bloated, feel sick, hungry all the time, sleepy all the time, irritable, my boyf said he can tell im different in my self. Were the tests just too soon and i am pregnant??? or am i having side effects from coming off the pill??? i was on the pill for about 12 years. PLEASE HELP!!!! It is 5 days before I am expecting my period. I took a test and it came out negative. I am still hopeful though cause I have been really nauseous and my boobs are sooo sore. I actually threw up last night while I was snackin on chips and dip. I was eating then suddenly I took a bite and it gagged me and I threw it all up. I am still gaggy all the time...something will taste fine one minute and will gag me the next. I am also having bad heartburn and seem to be hotter at night. Do you think I could still be pregnant and just tested too early?

HELP! I've had unprotected sex 5 days ago. I'm very irregular on periods. I'm on the heavy side so my last period was March 21, 2011 and I've taken 3 test and they were all negative. I think tested way too soon but have had diarrhea, lots of gas and cramps are still on going even while im asleep and on June 8th i started taking pernatal vit and still unsure if I'm pergnant????

hi, Ive had three children and with the last one, which was a boy, i tested from 5 days and 4 days before my period was due and got negatives each time.  I remember crying on the phone to my mum about it saying id never have a playmate for my youngest daughter! On the day my period was due it didnt arrive and, expecting it was just me obsessing and stressing out figured it was just late considering two tests were negative.  However, the day after i tested positive! I think my body just didnt register the hgc levels until i was late.  Dont give up hope, wait til your period is due then test cos i think these pregnancy tests that say you can test early are crap.  Hope this helps! Hi all!!! Just a follow up from my last post on 31st May 2011 and to let u all know that u are not to give up hope. I missed my period and did a test and it said negative, went to the doctors 4 dyas later she told me i wasnt pregnant, took another test a week later and it said negative STILL NO PERIOD! Did a test after being 3 weeks late on my period and it said positive. (then did another 3 just to be on the safe side.......also still positive) Doctor said im about 7 weeks pregnant and due in February 2012. Some women do not produce enough pregnancy hormones early on in pregnancy for it to be detected on a pregnancy test, i was one of these women. Good Luck Everyone!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

i know this is an old thread - I wish people would put the outcome in. I took a hpt today - bfn, ttc for 6 months now, cant stop myself from testing an get so upset when negative. period die tomorrow. i just want to know is the negative hpt a day before my period true or should I keep hoping? anyone?

Oh its the worst feeling waiting! Iv had 2 miscarraiges this year my first at 3 months and my sec just 5 weeks , it took a good two cycles for my periods to return then last month got a BFN and period was so Painful worse than my miscarraiges by far! Am now anxiously waiting for BFP's i am 3 dAys away from due period , and hav bought a few tests now all neg except an issue i have with hpts i got online called David pregnancy tests, i have had 3 negs and two faint positives, my first faint pos was on sun exsactly 7 days before due periods and my sec faint poss was yest only 4 days out! Evaporation lines apparently must of been playing with then to much ? Or preg ? But been doing first response hpts azwell and they are super sensetive so iv heard, i gess like everyone else i will wait, im starting acupunture with h erbs next w eek so mite help if i am preg to stop miscarraiges , otherwise its up to the clinic for testing. ..... Im 33 years my hubby is 26 , both healty and so wsnti g a child , fingers crossed for all you anxious peeps, hoping it will happen sooon :)

Hi Guys, I am so glad that I have come across this thread! When I was 16 I got pregnant and was told by my mother I had to have an abortion because I was too young. I am now 22 years old and I am still with the same guy as I was with when I was 16 and he is now my FIANCE :) After doing what I did I longed for a baby and was terrified that I would be punished for what I did and never be allowed to have children ever L I have gone to college and passed all my courses and am now in a good job and ready to be a mother.  I was on the implant for 6 years and decided to come of it this year September 13th 2011. I started to make love with my fiancé instantly and had my first period on the 3rd October 2011 and that finished on the 7th October. I had sex on the 2nd/8th/14th/23rd October and going by what fertilityfriends said my ovulation day was on 15th October. I have taken a couple of pregnancy tests that have come back negative but that is due to it being to early me thinks!   I have recently been really tired, irritable, my nipples really hurt I am eating like a pig I feel sick also! But most of all peeing loads! Honestly its like a tap! LOL My period is due on the 4th November so I am hoping it doesn’t come and by then I would get a positive :) I will definitely update look out for the 4th November and I will all let you know :) xx

Hi Mysterious moon..please keep me posted I ma new at this but I am working on my second child and like you have been trying all of October....I am due for my period november 6 or 7 - I tried a test today november 2 and it came out negative - i was so upset - I know its early but I feel like my period is coming - I have had period cramps for a week!  However..I also feel like I have pregnancy symptoms....sore breasts...a little nausea.....peeing alot......I so what a second child...but feel that I might not be :( keep u posted

Hello! First I wish you all the best of luck! My husband and I got pregnant after trying for almost a year, and then after 3 months of being pregnant I had a miscarriage. I had my first period after my miscarriage finally, and I should be starting my next one in 5 days, I tested today, and was negative. It was disappointing, but I think that another reason why some cant get pregnant is because they think about it to much, they try to conceive. You should really just let nature take its course. I thought that I was not able to have kids, and then bam we were blessed with now our angel in heaven, but it was hope. Just let nature (GOD) do what he does best, create beautiful things. :) 

Hi to you all! For those of you trying ages for baby - it won't work that way unfortunately, cos obsessing over symptoms will drive you mad (beenThere) and therefore stressing your hormonal balance! Best thing is to relax and monitor your periods and keep busy. Use the Home Ovulation Test kits when you FEEL you are ovulating and try once you get a positive! It worked with me 2nd time round by which time hubby and I were sooo fed up of making love everyday previous month- we reserved this energy for one attempt following month. I had symptoms 1week before period I.e. metallic taste in mouth and increased hunger nothing else! Best of luck!!!

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anybody could give some advice or helpful note. During my most fertile days me and hubb had sex, this was exactly 2 weeks ago. Since week 1 after conception, i started feeling some symptomes which included sore and tender breasts, deepening of the areola color, few morning sickness, tons of nasuea, fatigue, and mood swings. During week 2 i started having some minor cramping and suddenly 3 days ago i had some brownish spotting, which turned then pinkyredish by the next day and more constant, and by the third day i had again few brownish spotting during the day. I had painful cramps but since i had constipation i couldnt recognized what it was. As i read, i found that since this bleeding came one week befor period it could be IB. I took a HPT n show neg. Today i experienced pain in my nipples and then saw i was having clear liquid discharge. So i dont know what im having, im lot confused. Misscarriage, possibke pregnancy, not pregnant... Any advice? Please please, help!

I tested negative 2 weeks ago at home AND at the doctors (i too used forelife) and today tested positive - on 3 tests ( 2 forelife one different)Guess everyone's just different
