I've been feeling this too lately. For me it's depression caused by beravement. Best thing to do is get back into a routine of waking up at the same time everyday, shower, a healthy diet, and exercise an hour a day outside..... Symptoms will subside naturally and you're nervous system will get back to a more comfortable state

I have all these symptoms and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. At first it was thought to be multiple sclerosis. All the same horrible symptoms plus shortness of breath and heavy breathing almost constantly

I would also have your rheumatologist check for fibromyalgia there is no real test for that it's more about sensitive pressure points on your body like if your shoulders are very sensitive to touch

I have been feeling really terrible for around 4 months. I have alot of horrible symptoms which seem to be getting worse and I really cannot cope feeling like this. I have been to the docs, had every blood test possible and they have all come back normal, had 2 ecgs which shows I have right bundle branch block in my heart but apparently alot of people have and its nothing to worry about according to the doctor! Docs keep saying its depression and im on 10mg of amitripyline but this seems to have no effect on me I still feel the same but I have continued to take it. I do suffer from anxiety so this doesnt help and its gotten worse since feeling like this. Seen a few docs one of them thinks its ME and is referring me to a clinic.

here is a list of my symptoms
Heavy head especially in the mornings
Pressure in my head, ears and neck- this is worse apon standing up
head feels unbalanced at times and feeling like im moving up and down inside my body
balance problems, feel like a force is pushing me.
Very heavy feeling in my body feels like increased gravity is pulling me down to the floor, this gets so bad its very scary and I can barely walk.
weak and shaky legs
numbness in hands
tremors
chest pain and stomach pain
lack of co- ordination
tingling all over body and burning sensations
feel the cold easily
back ache and sore shoulders
fatique but I sleep ok.
Fast heartbeat and I can feel heart beat most of time but this could be due to anxiety.

List could go on, I feel like this 24/7 and the only time I feel good is if i lie down or asleep!
I have had to quit my job as I cannot work feeling like this.
Any1 have any ideas what it could be?!!!!

What it was? Please help, no one is able to understand. What have you done to get better?

I had very similar issues....Lyme disease is something you should consider. Use Igenex labs in Palo Alto, CA.....and consider your thyroid...
Other issues could be Adrenal Fatigue, low iron, leaky gut.
Best wishes.

Hi, doctors keep repeating anxiety, suggest eating well and exercise and do not pay attention to the symptoms. They are unbearable at times. Stomach is not functioning properly, eat little but try more times a day...

I do have low iron 13, optimal is 27, taking superfood and carrot juice to boost it. Found H Pilori bacterija in the stomach, taking Manuka honey for that. Exercising 10-20 min every day Qi Gong for a month. Symptoms keep changing, but not sure if for any better.

Lots of tests done, MRI head, neck, waiting for results of MRI heart, dopler of carotid arteries, echo of heart, 24 hrs holter, 24 hrs blood pressure monitor, lots of blood test. Hemiglobin is normal, vitamin D is getting better. Thyroid test is ok, reverse thyroid is not exactly ok, but doctors said not to worry. MRI found small aneurism in the brain 3 mm but said is not the cause of the symptoms.

I suggested to the doctor test for Lyme, but he asked me about any bite. All started in March with waking up at night with heart palpitations, shakes, high blood pressure. Admitted to hospital and they lowered it with a drip, was very stressed about it all the time, was put on all kinds of blood medications, but felt much worse. I thought because of side effects that is why stopped everything in May. This issue is still ongoing and have no idea what to do more?
