But so exhausted i don't wake, and think in my dream the toilet is real.
So only remedy is drink min 2 hrs before bed time, and 100% toilet before bed, and try to get to bed at reasonable time. So far that works for me without medication.
1.One wall of toilet is broken and people are watching (I'm a shy person in nature probably my brain used this instinct to wake me up)
2.The toilet is full of mess (I always like clean toilet normally even if i had to pee and public toilet is messy I prefer not to pee)
3.There is poo all around toilet
4.The commode hole is not at place.
5.Toilet is broken
Now my point is just link all episods together our body needs to urinate and brain creates a beautiful scenario and a configurable environment for urination and there is an other part of brain who modifies the scene (by using all means of hidden do's and don'ts) to mess up all fake setup to realize our consciousness that its not real or not do it. (by the way if there is no consciousness who is controlling now)
I took no exercises, medications or meditation to prevent bed wetting though I'm no more a patient of bed wetting but I'm eager to unveil the mysteries of Brain & Dream through my very own experience therefore I welcome and request anyone who have the similar experience so that we can research more which may help others to understand more about mysterious world of brain and dream.
I never get worried if anywhere else because i guess not 100% relaxed, so i am not thinking about it....
Regime:
Stop drinking fluids an hour before bed
sleep with a towel underneath me
Alarm to wake up
PEE BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP NO MATTER WHAT! ! :-| :-|
Sounds like you have a plan. Todays stress can cause such problems.
Try to get to bed early enough also to avoid overtiredness, that also helps for me.
I like your sense of humor ......Don't kill your BF.LOL....
If the accidents continue-beleive me-wearing an adult diaper is a good option to avoid the wet bed and clothing.
Nothing to be ashamed of,manage it the best you can.
Don't be afraid to see a doctor also to be sure no other problems exist if accidents keep happening.
Let us all know how it is going for you.

Hi Samanda and welcome to this site.
So sorry to hear about your troubled past,no one deserves to go through what you have.
I have dealt with the dreams and wetting all my life and am a very deep sleeper,am 52 now .
Read through previous postings on this subject and take notes on what has helped others get through the night dry.
If you have been dry for all those years, try to figure out what may have changed in your life recently.
Has there been a new stresser in your life recently? Are you staying up later? Have you seeked counseling on your past?
Limit fluid intake in evenings, try to get to bed early enough to prevent overtiredness as deep sleep contributes to having dream/ bedwetting episodes.
If the problem continues, don't hesitate seing a doctor just in case some medical problem may exist that you're unaware of.
Try not to stress out over this,as that could worsen the problem.
I wear an adult diaper at nights ,this prevents the wet clothes and bedding-not the end of the world to wear one-LOL.
Not all my nights are wet,but sure glad I have the protection on when it happens.
There are many people that share your problem,so hope that helps you some.
Feel free to write me if you like, maybe all this will help you-sure hope so.
Glad the medicine has helped.Have tried it to only suffer from side effects worse that the wetting.
Hi Tuya,
At 53 yrs of young.....I have been dealing with the dreams all my life.Though most nights are dry-I wear an adult diaper for the nights that I have the dreams and wet the bed.Just went through a long dry period of about 1 month-but woke soaked just the other night after having the dream of peeing with great feeling of relief. No one seems to have an answer to this problem but there are many with the problem.Using protection is the best way of handling the problem for me.My wife is very understanding, but no one likes a wet bed.Hope this helps you if the doctor doesn't have an answer for you.
Good luck,Brian
Though my bedwetting was worse when under severe stress like during a divorce,it never went away completely throughout my life even when I thought I was having a good stree free life. The doctors always related it to stress. No medical reasons were ever found. The dreams are related to almost every bedwetting episode that I ever had.
I s that just the brains way of handling the deep sleep patterns that most bedwetters have?I have always been a deep sleeper-that seems to be the common link that I have seen in most bedwetters. The dream seems to be just a tag along.....
