Try apple cider vinegar. Rub the vinegar on the scrotum and let it set for 2-5min. This will burn a little but its so worth it. Make sure you are near a shower so you can rinse the vinegar to stop the burning

Oh my lord I cannot even describe how much better I feel right now. I've had a relatively small cyst on my scrotum for years now. I've tried to get it out by squeezing and even using a safety pin several times, but it never worked. Having read all of your stories gave me the courage to just (carefully) put the sanitized safety pin right in the center of the cyst, and pressed with enough pressure to go in fairly deep, and just circled the pin while still in the center. Took it out, lightly squeezed and out came the damned, hard head and there wasn't even any puss.

Seriously, I feel so much better right now. Thanks guys.

I found the best way to sort this out is to use wartner on them. After a few days they will go sort of black and become a scab. After about a week then you can tear the scab off and may even get a good bit of the cyst too. The wartner packaging will say something retarded like "don't use on genitals" and "don't put on skin for more than 15 seconds". Well f**k that. You're going to have to do that. Leave it on for about a minute. (if tried the 15 second way previously and you just don't get through enough skin) Previous to this technique I tried and failed many ways before but you just can't seem to get through the skin well enough. You've only got through properly when you can see the whiteness of the cyst.

I too have suffered from this problem since my early teens and am now 30. I don't even know where to start about my experience with this c**p. I was always too embarrased to see a dr or diidnt have health insurance. Sometime in my very early 20's I began the self surgery, usually just popping them with a needle and squeeziing, sometimes white cheesy like stuff would come out, sometimes pus,and sometimes bloody pus. Sometimes this would be succesful and it would go away after a few days and other times they get worse or stay about the same and just drain. About 3 years ago I did this on a rather large one that seemed fairly deep under the skin, and couldn't get anything out. Well a few days later my scrotum was twice its's normal size and very painful, ended up having emergency surgery for what became a large abcess and spent 2 days in the hospital. The uroligist and dermatoligist at the hospital had no idea what was causing this chronic problem or had any recommendations on how to fix it. This year I finally got insurance and decided to see a dermatoligist he said they are sebacous cysts and referred me to a uroligist for removal. Because of the number of them he recommended a outpatient procedure under sedation at the hospital. I had probably 20 small ones and 10 larger ones that were at least the size of a pea or bigger he wouldnt remove the small ones Im guessing just because of the quantity of them but removed all the larger ones. The surgery was now a month and a half ago and all the wounds are healed for the most part now after fluid draining from them for a few weeks. However in the month and a half since the surgery I have developed about 3 new "large ones". I went today for my last post-op appt and showed them to the doc and now because hes's seeing what a chronic problem this is for me, he thinks I should have a "scrotal reconstruction", which basically involves removing all the skin from my scrotum and constructing a new one from skin grafts off my thighs, he thinks this will stop the problem, because it will be constructed from unaffected skin, and skin grafts have no sweat glands so the likelyhood of a cyst developing is slim to none, and he assures me it would look 110% better than my lumpy, holey, pus filled sac does now with minimal scarring. I'm trying to decide now which is the lesser of 2 evils having such an invasive and more than likely painful procedure done with all the obstacles of post-op care for such a surgery or continue to live with this nightmarish problem for probably the rest of my life, all I know is thank god i have a loving and understading wife that has stuck with me thru all this. Good luck to the rest of you who also suffer with this misery...

Steralize a needle. Pierce the skin. Squeeze it out. Ive done it about 7 or 8 times over 10 yrs. Takes 10 seconds. Problem solved. Just wash with peroxide.

I'm 34 and I've had two cysts on my scrotum over the left testicle for years now, one of them (the larger one) has been around for maybe 5-6 years.  I didn't have medical insurance for several years until earlier this year, and was scared to do anything myself for fear of making anything worse.  Today I finally went to the doctor and had them removed.  He apparently removed the ENTIRE cyst, including some of the scrotal skin on top, and then stitched up both wounds.  It was a bit more of a deal than I expected (I thought he would just make a small incision and pull out the cysts), but so long as it heals up normally - and my doctor assured me that it would, likely with no visible scar - then it will all be worth it.  My only worry is that right now, the first day in, there is a bit of bleeding still and I have had to keep the area covered with gauze.  I already ruined one pair of boxers and possibly one of my favorite pairs of shorts :(  But once it all heals and the stitches dissolve, my life will really be changed for the better.  This was a huge self-confidence issue and kept me from getting intimate with women many times, for fear of a negative reaction.

Good luck everyone!

I've had a similiar issue since my mid teens, but mine seem to be much smaller than what is typically being described here (size of a pinhead). They are relatively numerous and I have been popping them for years. Extremely small versions of the same thing also can be found on the shaft of my penis, near the base, looking as if they can't gain the traction to ever become larger. The problem has gotten slightly worse over the years but has always been managable.

Luckily, only twice they started so far deep that I had to lance them. Doing so, I had a similiar experience where the discharge seemed to be one large rubbery mass. Once I actually had the same thing near my bellybutton. When it became infected I could feel something solid lying inside. I gently squeezed and shockingly a large, solid, offwhite ball of pus came out, followed by a small flow of blood.

I've seen three different dermatologists about it, the first one being a hack who told me it was genital herpes and accused me of lying about being a virgin -- I was 14. The next two seemed much more competent, however, neither could isolate a cause or offer any reliable treatment. In face one said, "The older you get the more weird things you'll find on your body. Just learn to live with it." Thanks. How can this be undiagnosed with so many cases that are so similar?

I can't pop the vast majority of what I have due to their tiny size, and I was curious if anyone having symptoms similiar to mine (having it on the base of the penis, etc) have tried these home remedies. I'm a little hesitant to dip my nuts in vinegar or slather them in pig fat if it will not help or exasperate the issue.

Guys these cysts are from blocked glands as a result of Candida (yeast).  Get yourself some virgin olive oil and crush up some pure garlic and mix it together.  Apply this tincture 3 times a day for as long as it takes.  Don't leave it on too long because the garlic will burn.  Also, colloidal silver has been used as a natural remedy for many types of cysts (not sure about scrotum cysts).  Also, you may find that prescription antifungal creme will also give you some relief.  Eat lots of garlic and vegetables, reduce sugar and yeast intake, and take probiotics.  Eventually they will explode and go away. Good luck.
