apply some cream around the nipple area.just i i hadd the pain and i did it.its over now
I have always had severe nipple pain in the cold weather. As for a solution, the only one I came up with is to wrap hot hands in tissue and put them in my bra. It works wonders for cold weather, and the pain goes away. I do recommend wrapping the hot hands in tissue because if not the packaging of them will cause an irritation on the skin. But, as for the pain it goes away.

I also have this problem, I'm 17 and naturally blonde with blue eyes. The people I have told are skeptical about the pain it gives me, I have anemia and bad circulation. I am avoiding visiting the doctor due to the way they have patronised me in the past making me believe that I'm lying or exagerating. I seem to be the only teenager on this thread with the same problem, is this bad?
My wife gets a pain in her nipples during the winter occasionally. They turn white or very pale. We actually discovered a quick remedy...when I suck on them it brings blood flow back into them which instantly relieves the pain.
I have hyperprolacanemia and it is when there is an increase in your bodies production prolactin production. Typically your body increases its production when you become pregnant however when someone has hyperprolacanemia it is the body thinking it is pregnant and having pregnancy symptoms when in fact it is not. I.e lactation, light or no periods, swelling breasts etc.
Ok, so ive been looking all over the internet about this nipple pain. Im a 29 year old male and when my nipples get cold they REALLY hurt, its like a severe burning sensation. Once this starts, it hurts when anything touches my nipples. Just wearing a shirt hurts because the rubbing of my shirt against my nipples pains so very much! I don't know is this has any relevance or not, but it seems that the tips of my nipples turn white/light at the same time it hurts. This first started for me around 12 years ago when I went into the ocean for a swim when the water was really cold. It stopped for years and only just came back a few days ago but now whenever I go outside in the cold it happens and it extremely painful! I have no idea what to do or whats causing the pain. about 7 years ago I had one of my nipples pierced and the pain im having now hurts way more then the pain of getting my nipple pierced, and let me tell you... piercing my nipple hurt like a b***h! I had to take the piercing out after only 6 months because it wouldnt stop hurting. anyways, If someone can help me that would be great, I dont know what to do.
Thanks
Terence from Canada
I'm only 22, not pregnant nor have I ever been pregnant, and mine are sore and sensitive. It's only been like this since the first snow of the season. I do wear layers and sweaters but it doesn't help :P
I m also sfring wid same prblm bt i use lanolin usp(modified)/(nipcare)as per doc pricribed.and covrd nipl wid warm towel hanky.nd i feel releaf at the time of breast feeding.
its actually nipple vasospasm and it can also happen when your not even cold.(like me) the best bet is to talk to your dr because if you also experience cold hand and feet then it cold be a blood pressure or heart issue... ps.. nicotine and caffeine sadly make it much worse...
Will you marry me?
You should all take Cod Liver Capsules on a daily intake(one a day). This Cod Liver Oil contains vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and two Omega-3 fatty acids: DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). This Cod Liver Oil is the only fish oil which contains the most vitamins. It will also help your joints to move more freely. If you have a heart problem, you should consult your Dr. about it.
You should all try intaking Garlic capsules on a daily base(one or two a day with food). This will help your blood circulation, by thinning it down so that it will bring blood to the smallest veins in your body.
I have this exact thing too!
I am so so so happy that i have found someone else with the same problems. Mine started suddenly when i was about 17 years old. Even though i was a happy D cup i never wore bras untill i was 18. ( i hated them) The pain came ans went though and didnt much effect me. It all got really bad when i hit my 20'S . Then again really bad when i fell pregnant at 23. I went abroad while preg to grease and the pain was horrible. when we got bk it was summer and again it was so bad i would stay in on a baking hot day with my heater on my nipples. Heat is the only thing that works. i use heat pads, hair dryers, and heaters. ive been so desbrate before ive even purposely put on my mums oven. i have to leave my coat on when at peoples houses. I just left my flat to go shopping and its abit windy. we have just had to come back because my nipples are hurting so much. They go purple and white and have some days looked black! I hate it. it wreaks my life. My nipples are never in. And the sightest breese im in agony. Pills dont work. Only thing that works is apply direct heat to my nipples. Which is horrible when im out shopping. ive stood at bus stops figurously rubbing my nipples so it produces heat. Its short lived ans makes me look weird. Ive even tried to warm them up with a restroom dryer. Again short lived. I hate it sooooo much.
Did you get any info - I have this too!
Did you ever hear of health sheets? When cold going to bed and / or in bed, these types of bed sheets are the best ever seen and tried to keep warn. One side is for winter and the other side is for summer. What they do, is taking the heat from your body and giving it back while you are in bed. You could use some pieces to liner your bra cups which will do the same to your breasts as in between them while in bed.
The other part is that you could have poor blood circulation and in this case, you would need special massage therapy on a regular base to keep your blood circulation flowing freely.
There is an other method to try to keep some areas warm, that is to pinch the tips all your fingers one at a time for about 5 seconds. This will help keep your blood circulation and consequently keep your hands warm.
