It seems there maybe multiple types on these posts...I have been watching these for some time. I still have them, they are going up my legs now. Seems odd that so many physicians and dermitalogist can't agree...I will continue to watch for a solution here.

Agree it's stucco kero. I have been to two dermatologists who both said the same and had no answer. Recently I bought a pedispin. Hand held device. It spins a small grinding pad. I tried it on the stucco and to my surprise , most have disappeared !

I also have this and it was diagnosed as seborrheic keratosis....no known cure or actual causes and may be related to sun over-exposure and hereditary genes.

Saw on another site where they said these bumps are IGH (idiopathic guttate hypo melanosis), but they did not tell of a cure.  My husband has these as do his brother and his sister.  Wonder if they could relate to heredity?  My husband didn't even notice them---I did.. they cause him no problems.  He sees his dermatologist at least once a year, so I will ASK next time.

I (had) the same condition. I eliminated wheat from my diet (not because of the bumps, but just to feel better). Over the course of five weeks of no wheat in my diet (none) the bumps disappeared as a side benefit of being wheat free. I have no idea why.

I (had) the same condition. I read the book "Wheat Belly" by Dr. Davis and went wheat free. Over the course of five weeks of no wheat in my diet (none) the bumps have disappeared. I didn't go wheat-free because of the bumps, I just did it to feel better. The bumps went away as a side benefit.

I've had them for years and it has been diagnosed as Stucco Keratosis. I think they might be "alien implants". I know this because they come in through my windows at night while I sleep! How do I know this, you say???.. The dog tells me everything in the morning! He's a light sleeper!

I suffer from actinic keritosis on my bald scalp. At 60 years of age I know this is due to sun exposure. For the past few years I have seen the emergence of this scaly lumps on my feet, which started on me heels but is now spread over my feet. Scrubbing them with a brush in the shower used to keep them to a minimum, but they come back. These could also be a result of sun damage, or age, or both. The Stucco Keritosis seems to be the obvious diagnosis. For natural remedies I am trying banana peel rubs. The inside of the banana peel, is strong enough to remove some warts over time if scrapped and used as a poultice. Simply rubbing the peel over the skin leaves brown spots where it adheres to the scaly spots. If this fails fails, I will try lemon juice and then castor oil. These three natural products can help with various skin ailments. I will report back if successful, but I don't expect to remove them permanently. Maybe the wheat abstinence thing may work.

51 yr old male. I have many smal white "bumps" on my feet.  Number has increased to several hundred over the last few years. Mostly visible when viewed at an angle. The "bump" seems non vascular and I can scratch it off with finger nail or knife but returns. Use of an exfoliating cream does a good job at temporarily reducing the size of these bumps leaving something more like mild "age spots". I tried freezing one larger one off but it left the top of my foot red and worse looking than the "bump". So far, using cosmetic exfolient to remove the "dead" skin seems to be the best treatment for symptoms. There as too many bumps to freeze off and the expense of laser removal (not to mention possible scaring) doesn't seem to be a reasonable exchange. The bumps are spreading...slowly. I don't have a cure yet but no one else seems to know what this condition is or how to treat it so I hope my experience gives at least some relief.

I started developing these very early in my late 20's and they have slowly gotten worse I we the past 20 years and are now all over my arms and legs. I have been able to remove the spots temporarily with Tazorac cream but the spots come back in a matter of weeks. I try to accept it but I hate that I can no longer enjoy outdoor activities since my skin is so unsightly. I hope a cure is found soon. Unfortunately, I am sure since it is a benign condition there is little research into a cure. I will keep checking this site!

Me too.   I have those small white bumps on my feet.  Don't know tired fungus creams.  I pick at them.  Sometimes they bleed.  They come back.   Yes.... I am stressed.    Yes I drink alcohol...    I do feel better knowing there are other out there with the same Problem.

I have had these as well.  I wanted my dermatologist to freeze them, and there were a lot of them on both of my feet and ankles.  He gave me a perscription for a lotion that made them go away.  When I stopped using the lotion, they came back.  I am now without insurance and can't go to see him at the present time.  I would love to know of a natural remedy that I can apply.
