I have those same white spots on the top , and sides of both feet. I have had them 3 or 4 years now and take no medication .I don't think they are caused by anything internally. Could be a fungus , yeast or something else. I am going to see a dermatologist with mine.

My skin is dry , so I use lotions and ointments to soften feet. I have these bumps all over my ankles, too and thought it might be caused by too many moisturizers. I'm 58 and it started a year or two ago. Embarrassing!

I can confirm that after three years of stucco problems on my ankles and no solutions from doctors - I gave up wheat six weeks ago ( to lose weight) and for the first time, nearly every single spot has disappeared and my skin is now smooth and moist.

This is from too high triglyerides and too much sugar. It gets worse as we age, because our bodies don't deal with this as well. Try exercisng and/or decreasing carbs (wheat too, as the other poster said)

I have exactly the same problem. Am taking simvastatin for cholesterol My doctor shrugged and said old age. I'm only 50. I had an injury to my spine legs and ankles from fall at work. I have no clue. First thought was socks lint haha. I wear sandals now. No socks. Still get tiny growths

My mom has this and it has been diagnosed has Stucco Keratosis. If you want them gone for good you can have them surgically removed or use liquid nitrogen. Hope this helps!!!!

I have the same thing - small white bumps that started on my ankles and are now on the top of my feet. After soaking my feet for 30+ minutes, I can scratch many of them off. Some seem to be deeper do not scratch off. Within a couple of weeks, I have just as many grow back as I had before. A dermatologist gave me a name for the condition, which I do not remember. He also said that there was nothing I could do for the problem.

Have had problem for several years Found this info.

Worth trying

Hydrogen peroxide treatment method. Hydrogen peroxide is a toxic substance and brings about some acidic effect on the area affected. Its burning effect is usually enough to burn the seborrheic keratosis and have it removed from your skin.
