My condition sounds like yours. They don't itch and I have scraped a few off which leaves a small scab that heals and back comes the bump. They aren't really noticeable so I think I'll just live with them and not look for problems.

Stucco keratosis are elevated lesions on the skin and are described as wart-like because they are scraped or frozen off. They appear in shades like gray, white, pink and yellow. They can cause a thickened and rippled appearance on the skin and are known to spread into hundreds of lesions. Most stucco keratosis is found in males and individuals who are 40 years or older. Stucco keratosis often goes unnoticed, because the symptoms are not always present. No known conditions are associated with the cause of the lesions, but sun damage is proposed as a factor in the development of them. Treatment for stucco keratosis is only experimental, notes Cleaver Dermatology.
Five removal options are suggested by Cleaver Dermatology. Topical 5 percent imiquimod cream is an immune response modifier that has successfully treated some patients. Scraping the lesions is a proposed treatment. Cryotherapy involves applying extreme cold to the lesions to remove them like a wart. Electro-desiccation is a process of drying out the stucco keratosis using electric currents. Finally, Etretinate, a retinoid drug, is a suggested removal process of stucco keratosis.

I just use a shave razor to scrape them off down to the normal skin level. Use no pressure, just pull across your foot. Absolutely no pain, tiny red blots that heal in days and a very smooth result for months until they redevelop again.Best of all, it's easy to use this method across uneven surfaces like the ankle bone and the tops of toes.

I treat my athletes foot problems with a good quality tea tree oil. I apply it 3 to 4 times a day until symptoms are relieved. It usually take just a few days.

Keratosis Pilaris - a common, harmless skin condition. It causes small, hard bumps that may make your skin feel like sandpaper.

The bumps are often light-colored. They usually appear on your upper arms, thighs, and buttocks, sometimes with redness or swelling. They can also show up on your face, but that's less common.

Except for some itching, keratosis pilaris doesn't hurt and doesn't get worse. Many children and teens get it, and it usually disappears as they get older.

Permethrine Cream...the same stuff you use for scabies. Tried everything and then stumbled accross a tube of Permethrine. The bumps were gone in two days for 6 months. Then used the stuff again and still no bumps after a year plus. It's a 100% sure thing.

Stucco Keratosis: there are some photos see if they resemble your condition.

I have a similar condition and have had it for years. Don't think they are life threatening but they do have a wart like appearance. My daughter cured her sons warts by applying organic apple cider vinegar. Fumigate your shoes get new socks Apply vinegar daily. Worth a shot. Won't cost a fortune...just your time.
