Thanks Paul. I've had similar small bumps on my feet for 5 or 10 years and now they're appearing around my knees. The pictures of Stucco Keratosis look like what I've got.

I believe you are correct about the yeast infection..that makes perfect sense to me. It seems like I have trouble wth yeast infections and they are very hard to get rid of...Very hot natured and feet and hands sweat quite a bit too.

Went to a dermatologist last week she gave me a medical name I had never heard of and cannot remember which is not that important but prescribed a very strong moisturizer which is $70 I haven't gotten filled yet and she wants to see me back in 6 weeks, I will get it filled I guess but that's a lot of money to rub on your feet, if it cured it I wouldn't mind but she gave no gurantee..

I have had this for many years. Went to the dermatologist when it first happened and she told me what it was called but I do not remember because I couldn't pronounce anyway. She said there is no cure but sold me a bottle of prescription lotion for $45.00 and said it would help it not be so noticeable. After reading the label it said it could cause cancer so I threw it away:( The best thing to do is stay out of the sun and apply a good lotion twice daily and learn to live with it...sorry.

I experienced the same. Developed small, hard white bumps on the insides of my ankles. That spread to the tops of my feet, then the insides of my legs. had them for years. They were more visible in the summer as they did not tan. I recently cut down on wheat products to lose weight. As an added bonus the bumps disappeared.

It is called Stucco Keratosis. I'm surprised none of your dermatologists have mentioned that.
