I have the exact same thing. I've seen two dermatologist, and see one of them consistently. One said it's normal aging. The other said it just happens to some. No real defining answer.

I have the same condition, it seemed to come on a few years ago in my mid 30s.

From what I've been able to find out so far is it's a condition called Stucco Keratosis. It seems to be harmless and like most things with the skin they don't really know what causes or cures it which is kind of annoying as they look unsightly and can be dry and itchy.

I have been using magnesium cream on my calves, ankles and feet every night (because of cramps) and all the bumps (and cramps) have gone away. I have had hundreds of these bumps for years.

I think it’s this. stucco keratosis. However I am not a doctor but i have had this for a few years and it’s getting worse. My dad has it too. So does one of my aunts. It kinda looks like calcified skin. Anyways google says it’s not dangerous but it’s hard to get rid of it. Yeah for all of us!! ;)

Hi, guest.

Vinegar and Epsom salt are commonly used for various skin conditions, but their effectiveness in treating small white bumps on the feet can vary depending on the underlying cause of the bumps.Small white bumps on the feet can have different causes, such as fungal infections, clogged pores, allergic reactions, or even a normal variation in the skin.

If the bumps are not causing any discomfort or itching, and if they are not spreading or changing in appearance, it may be best to consult with a dermatologist or healthcare provider to get a proper evaluation. They can examine the bumps, take a medical history, and recommend appropriate treatment options based on the underlying cause.

Self-treating with vinegar and Epsom salt may not always be effective or appropriate, especially if the bumps are caused by a condition that requires specific medical intervention.

When they appeared? What else you've tried for treatment?
