I have the same spots. I also have C.R.E.S.T. syndrome and was wondering if these were a small version of calcinosis (C) in crest.R

If you find out post it here, I have the same thing.

I have the small white bumps around my akles and top of my foot.  I started to use creamy vaseline, found at Rose's Department Store or at Dollar Tree.  I also use a sanding stone before using the cream.

Keratosis pilaris is another skin condition, often referred to as "goosebumps". Keratin is a hard protein that works to protect your skin, but a build-up of keratin can block the pore opening. If this occurs, a hard plug forms and the result is rough bumpy skin with white or even red small bumps.

Thanks for your post. I went to pick up food grade Hydrogen Peroxide the 35% not the 3%, and on day 2 of spraying on my ankle and feet, I see a huge difference. I think this is working well. Burns like there's no tomorrow and wash it off as soon as I can't take it any longer but the white spots are almost gone. Will tough it out a couple more applications. You can always dilute it if you like. Thanks

I've been on prednisone for almost a year. Wouldn't the steroid in that make the bumps go away?

This sounds like the same thing I have. Diagnosed as Stucco Keratosis, there is no cure and they definitely worsen over time!

This is called stucco keratosis. No known cause or cure. Harmless. Lots of information if you google it

Could it be deposit of uric acid crystals? If you are being treated for hyperuricemia, which causes gout, it's a possibility.

This link will help all of you. I use Amlactin lotion on my ankles and it has an acid that removes the raised bumps but you still see the shadow of the spot where the raised area used to be...anoying!!!!

Try applying minced/grinded garlic mixed with olive oil, 1 to 1 on the affected area.

I have a similar problem on the the bottom of one of my feet it's only come up recently since I've had a blister there which popped whilst walking. But obviously due to the skin being new it's too painful to touch and was wondering if anyone knew what it was
