Have yourself checked for diabetes. High sugar makes you feel sick to your stomach, can give you diarrhea and causes pain in your abdomen. Also, thyroid has some of these symptoms.

Hello, My name is Courtney and I'm 16 years old. I have had these encounters as well as you. When i was a little girl, when a friend said sleepover to me, my stomach just started hurting. Later in the evening I had to go home because it hurt so bad. As I got older my parents started to think it was something I ate that never agreed with me, but we ruled that out. My mother had suggested that i was lactose intolerant and thats why my stomach was acting up. We later found out that wasn't the problem either. When we asked my doctor about it they said it was probably puperty. But I have gotten my menstraul cycle and still the stomach pains are present. I usually have to take what i call a nervous pill. I forget the real name but i take it when my stomach hurts. And let me tell you, when my stomach hurts, I have loads of medicine with me. when I have diareha, I usually take mylanta, gas-x, and one or two immodiums. Once when I went on a school choir trip, I had diareha and I had to take three immodiums plus the other medications just to get it undercontrol. If your like me, when your stomach hurts you can't leave the bathroom for more than 5 minutes. I've had to stay home from school because of it. And worse, if I get diareha at school, I hold it in because I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone. I feel that way going in my schools bathroom when I may need to go number two or pass gas. No joke, every morning I wake up and I have gas. After having so many suggestions of what MIGHT be wrong with me, I just want to know what IS wrong with me and how to help prevent it.

Hi there,

I am 32 years old and for as long as I can remember I have always felt sick, whether it be a headache, body pain or a sever emergency room visit stomache pain. Family members started calling me a hypochondriac, and would always ask what's it gonna be today. As time progressed I very slowly started withdrawing from hanging out with friends and then staying away from family. Doctors could never tell me what was wrong except for the occasional ulcers, tendonitis, fybromialgia, chronic migrane headeaches....and so on. Just when I thought I would finally find relief over a diagnosis, I would find that yeah the relief would come for that one symptom but the rest of them still linguered on, causing me pain and misery on a daily basis. Until the time came when things got worst that it actually started to affect my work and life overall, cause I was always too tired and sick to do much of anything, and thought I was allergic to food, cause anything I ate would make me sick. People had also started asking on a more regular basis if I was pregnant, since my stomache was always bloated. One day I was fed up with all of it and went on the search for a cure. Needless to say that my journey since my findings and life changing habbits hasn't been easy but it's been a year this month and I sure feel a whole lot healthier and are a much happier person. I found out that I have a sensativity to gluten products. If you have this symptoms I strongly urge you to get a test from your doctor, I found that this type of illness is hard to ditect and takes years to do so, and dr's don't typically test for this unless pushed for it :)!

Hope this helps and would like to know what happens!!

hey guys now this may be a little weird but when my stomache starts to hurt and my heart starts to pound like crazy cause i get scared that somthing bad will happen, and trust me it has in public I hav passed out from this, but no worries, the best thing to do is to face the fear sit up straight or stand up straight, it might be somthing about the posture that is effecting your regulation, or it might be anxiety related. Either way dont let the fear consume you or your life will always be in the house away from people, and we humans are social creatures, so what happens when we dont hav contact with the outside world? We go stir crazy!~ When im in a public place i always find my pulse and breath slowly in and out 8 secounds and feel my heartbeat slowly go down somthing about the heart calms me, and before i go out i always make sure i eat a banana, try these if your tired of being scared! Hope this helps :D

If you can't find a solution... try CAYENNE PEPPER! I had stomach problems for a couple years all the time, then I started taking cayenne pepper capsules with a meal. The next day my stomach felt great and it took less than a week to for my digestive system to get used to it.

Some of the replies sound exactly like what I have had, in different ways.

The cold sweats, shakes, goosebumps, accelerated heartbeat, nausea and thinking you need to go to the toilet is actually a panic attack.
You feel like you are about to die or something really bad is happening, you feel paranoid and wary of everything that is going on around you.
You feel better once your mind has stopped racing, when you are watching telly or keeping yourself occupied. Then you think about it and bam, you feel sick again.
It wears off after a good few hours and you feel fine, then something sets you off again. Back to staying up all night feeling like rubbish.
I still get this now but it is very rare. I know the difference between a panic attack and actual stomach problems.
Mine were brought on by a fear of vomiting. I still have it now but I have it under control. Alright, I won't vomit and have not in 13 years, but I hardly ever panic now.

The pain in your stomach can be stress. Trust me I have had weeks and weeks of stomach aches, pains, cramps and now I have gone and got IBS from so much stress.

Peppermint tea and lavender oil is the only thing I use.
Peppermint tea soothes and eases the pain, also great for nausea and lavender oil just get a bottle and sniff when you feel panicked. It will calm you right down.

The only way your stomach will get better is if you try and stop worrying too much. I know how hard that is but after some time, I managed it and my fear is dormant. I have about 10 panic attacks a year and they are mild compared to having them 10 times a month or more and they were severe and sometimes lasted 2-3 days.

Hi I am 16 yr old female I think you have some sort of worm. Worms would be eating all your food so that would be why your always hungry but then you body tries to flush them out and your poo comes out bloody because they dead and bleeding in poo. You probably have a stomach ache because the worms are eating the inside of your stomach. I have had the same feeling before and I went to doctor got medcine to get rid of genarda (not spelt right?) and then I was fine. I haven't recently been feeling well though and believe I have worms again from working around horses and so on. I feel fine one day and then the next I am in terrible pain. I can't sleep my stomach cramps are so bad and I had to run back and forth to toilet every 20 mins last night all night. I get feeling like I am going to c**p in my bed but nothing happens when I sit on toilet. It feels like someone is punching me in the stomach over and over again. I don't know what to do...maybe I will try the worm medication again but right know I am going to have to call work in sick because I feel so awful and I don't think I will be able to manage a 6 and half hour shift with one 15 min break.  Right know I have to keep running back and forth to the toilet every twenty minutes! I hate being sick so much, and I know it's stupid but I always wonder why does it happen to me? Why do I have to have all these stomach issues..? UHHHHHH feel better.

Crohn's Disease or IBS sound like very likely candidates for many of these symptoms.

ANSWER: i have had the same problems you all had with the extreme pain and almost vomiting. it could be h-pylori. i was diagnosed with it. i would get checked for it. if you do have it they will give you a prevpak. it contains prevacid and 3 antibiotics. my pack was only 2 weeks.  it should clear up by then if not they will give you different antibiotics. If your not sure you have it look into it on wiki and compare your symptoms first.

Hi, I am 16
I need an answer. My name is Keri.
On weekdays (you know Monday - Friday) I always seem to feel really sick like, I have diareah, little nausea and I start to shake a little and feel a shortness in breath. I can't tell if it's anxiety or nervousness towards going to school. I have told my mother but, she just thinks I'm nervous. It's just the level of pain I'm feeling in my stomach & the pain associated with it.

Hello xhxlxmx,

Seems like you are suffering from anxiety or stress that resulted in your gastric problems.

Try to relax yourself and tell yourself that you are healthy.
