Eating healthy often times can be subjective. For instance, consuming too many egg whites in one day is not good for men, because of the female hormones injected in them, especially if the chickens are not raised healthy without antibiotics & growth hormones. If I recall correctly, 3 egg whites per week is safe.

I have a friend who was consuming 6 a day for years & the Drs. thought she had breast cancer. Once she stopped eating so many per day & week the problem went away.

Although I consider Non-GMO (Non-Genetically Modified Organisms) & organic juicing, as well as eating organic salads, organic veggies, organic fruits, & wild-caught Salmon healthier than Non-Organic, GMO, processed, refined foods we must remember that there are still some pesticides used in organic farming & sometimes the organic seeds are contaminated with GMO seeds (from wind blowing, etc.).

Still, in comparison to traditional/conventional foods, Organic & Non-GMO's are the way to go. If your foods are organic & Non-GMO'S then look at how much you may be consuming at every meal. Our bodies were created to eat very little or small meals on the days we don't work out.

Do you find that you are bloating on the days you work out? Also, have you tried juicing with fiber?
