Regarding heavy work out, squats and deadlifts; could be muscle spams. i started getting the "buzz" in my bum a few days ago and have been reading this tread. I have seen the muscle stress come up often. I work out a lot but took 2 weeks off for holidays. Worked out hard Monday and Tuesday, buzz started Wednesday. No pain just weird feeling, was  worried it might be worms from sushi but rearing this thread makes me feel it is harmless.

Ok, it's me again with horrible news. After reading other postings, I saw people talking about worms. I was disgusted and disregarded it. But just two days ago....I saw a little 1/2 inch worm in the toilet after I peed. I took otc Reese Pinworm medication and then saw little white worms in my stool. It's pinworms. I'm soooooo disgusted like you'd never believe!!! I think it's from all that kale/spinach I ate. I didn't wash the kale off because 1) it was in a sealed bag so i thought it'd be ok and 2)because I'd never heard of pinworms. I'm never touching leaves or raw veggies ever again. Please reply or message me if you can if you have questions or want to talk about it. Don't completely rule this out as your problem like I did. Right now i'm hating life and i hope this gets better.

hi there

I have been reading all your posts. I have the same sensation and it can last for ages. the anal passage contains a g spot, both male and female have it. The vagina in the female from time to time craves interaction, this is part of the bodys metabolism. The same thing happens within the anal passage as the vagina and the anal passage are connected together by nerves. These are the nerves which give us our orgasms. So the same thing happens within the anal passage, it is a craving of interaction, and can happen in both male and female. Sex during these sensations will increase the orgasms strenghth as the body is ready for intercourse. Whilst experiencing these sensations many people masturbate their anal passage or participate in anal sex as this makes the sensations stronger and more enjoyable. But of course you don't always have to act upon them.

I have had the same problem in the past and again this year. For me it starts with anal itching and scatching , then the buzzing sensation. I'm guessing I stimulated the nerve ending in the rectal area. I often experience the anal itching before and after my menstrual cycle, I believe due to hormonal changes. The buzzing sensation eventually stops.

Dont hate life. Green vegetables are a good form of fiber for us. I will however consider the medicine to see if I have a problem with pinworms. Thanks

Let me know if you try the pinworm medication. I don't even know for sure if it's pinworms because I saw a couple more that weren't buried in my stool, and they're about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long, and white. They look like Angel-hair pasta. I also occasionally see (only after taking the pinworm med) some white stringy clumps that look like candida. The doctor I want to see (as a new patient) requires that you get your new patient application approved before they give you a call to set up an appointment. So I'm having to wait forever to get an appointment in order to be diagnosed! I've been waiting a week, so I hope I don't have to wait too much longer.

Hello, I am a 17 year old male that had no history of health problems really, definitely no spinal issue or hemorrhoids. I have never spoke To anyone about this issue so I am glad rinse that others experience this issue. It is like a shocking feeling on the inside of my anus that isn't painful but is enough to make me unable to sit still. Its very aggravating and uncomfortable and happens for about 15 seconds every 10 minutes to hours. This will happen to me for one or two days out of a month, sometimes more but often less, and it has happened for the last 3 years now. I would love to see what the issue. I have recently became a vegetarian about 6 months ago so that has nothing to do with it. I dont think its a parasitic organism, std, spinal problem, or hemorrhoid because I get check ups for wrestling. Its definitely not an obesity thing either, im 6ft and 146lbs. I hope this gets rid of some worries or false accustations.

This sometimes happens after a sicknes that requires a certain antibiotic.  I remember reading the medical phamplet that the drug store gives with a antibiotic.  It menationed bowel prpblems. some that happen days, or weeks, even months after taking the medication.  I cannot remember the antibiotic.  But if you guys were ill and had an antibiotic, check on what it was and research it.

EVERYONE - The answer has already been given!  I understand you don't want to believe it but read all about it using the link below.  I was looking into this because my 17-year-old son was complaining of the same thing, and this is what I found on the CDC website. He is so grossed out and I don't blame him but it is extremely common as you will see if you read the information.  It will never go away if you don't treat it, and all members of the family need to be treated or it will just keep coming back and recycling through everyone. So be sure to read all the way through to Prevention & Control. I'm sure that this isn't the answer for everyone, but considering how common it is, and the symptoms being described, it makes sense. I am still going to take my son to the doctor to be sure but again, read it!
