Don't worry about this, your testicles are meant to move by themselves. They do this to stay at the right temperature.

OLLIE and above posts.

DO NOT SNAP IT. besides hurting like hell its suppose to be there its what pulls your foreskin back over the head of your penis when not erect.

now if this skin is attached to somewhere else besides the underside of your penis then you may have and adhesion which needs to be removed to allow your foreskin to retract normally so that you can keep it clean and free of infection and other problems.

the only time you need to mess with your frenulum is if you have a condition called a fenulum breve meaning a short frenulum. a short frenulum does not allow you to get your foresking all the way off or below your glans (head) of the penis.
if you dont have a frenulum breve (judging by your post i would say your fine) then you have nothing to worry about

hope this helps let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. ;-)

your welcome, but if you can retract your foreskin and see all of your glans (head) then you dont need to do a thing to youre frenulum just leave it be. ;-)

thanks my girlfriend wants to do stuff soon and i was panicing i will just have too prospone her for longer untill i get it sorted.  APPARENTLY it doesnt matter if your frenulum tears as my brother told me a story about his "banjo" bursting lol...he just said it was bleeding and he couldnt do anything for ages because it hurt alot. but thanks :)

yup your fine. frenulum tears are fairly common and despite hurting/stinging alot they usually dont cause many problems other than making it difficult/impossible to have sex/masturbate for a week or so (nothing that will kill you) lol but if you do tear it make sure to gently retrac your foreskin and still clean beneath it to keep any risk of infection to a minnimum.

I have the same as these last two posts (the ones about the strip of skin at the bottom of the head), however, in the shower a couple of weeks ago I noticed it got smaller. So over a few weeks i cleaned my head as normal and it eventually it got smaller and smaller and then all of a sudden it broke off. There are not many markings after it came off except for a few small spots where it was mainly connected. There was a small amount of pain but it cleared the next day. I don't know if this is normal Or if it was supposed to break off but it looks ok. Pleas answer, and thanks.
