I just thought I'd share a story over here, my boyfriend is 27 and had a similar problem. No matter what was tried over the years it didn't stretch on its own, and it was getting in the way of certain relations.
He *did* have to have it surgically separated, to the tune of about 15 stitches from the head of his penis, down inside his foreskin and up the other side, I believe this was called frenuplasty. We didn't want to go for a circumcision because the healing time is insane and the risks are high. It only hurt for a day, it was itchy for a few days, and after about 10 days the dissolving stitches fell out and he was good as new. Little bit of a psychological barrier in that he had to get used to it not hurting to touch anymore, but other than that, better than the original! Sometimes however, in enthusiasm, it is possible to tear at the bottom point, this doesn't happen often and if it does it heals very quickly (believe me your body wants that part in good working order!)

hey i had somewhat the same thing not the whole bottom of my head was attached but just a little and i was scared for a while but evetually some of it ripped off and i didnt notice untill i was done masterbating and there was virtually no blood so i started streaching it every day and evntually it all came off almost painlessly i think its was caused by peeing without pulling the foreskin back (witch i did until i was 8) but seeing as for you it was the whole head you should probably see a docter and its ok to be embarrassed but it will pay of in the end (painless sex)

Hi mate, the strip of skin is natual, and because your only 14 it will be a little tighter than normal, but as you get older around 16 it will loosen up, when i was 14 i thought the same, until i did some research ;-) Im 16 now, just be patient mate!
