Hi, I’m 16 and my frenulum is less thick at the point where the penis connects to the foreskin. This has been this way for a while but now it’s starting to hurt extremely everytime i try to retract my foreskin. It only hurts in just this place and i have never had any problems with tight foreskin. What should i do?
