I went to accupunturalist instead it disappeared they're-appeared, not as bad. I was doing a lot of twisting at work and have a bad mattress. I did the following.
1). Stretched lower back for 15 every day. 2). Decreased Twisting at work 3). Acupuncture 4). Mattress topper Gel Memory Foam 5). Heating pad at night under back a few times 6). Changed from flats to a supportive shoe 7). Got body massages and foot massages.

I had exactly the same thing after a steroid injection which lasted a while. Rush of heat on my left foot. No pain, just weird hot feeling. Than I got a second injection and Im having hot flashes all over now, not just the foot. Besides is making me feel very anxious and panicked. Im am 100 % sure is the steroid now, I was really worried. These injections are horrible, Over time they will wear off. Take an antihistamine while you have the symptoms bcs it eases them.
I have factor five genetic disorder which has lead to several dvts. There is damage to the veins in my legs and feet from inadequate circulation due to the blood clots, which has caused nerve damage. My right foot feels as though i have stuck it in a pale off hot water at all times of the day and night, no matter if I am sitting walking. No matter if I have shoes on or not. So I know bad circulation and nerve damage will cause this sensation. Heads up I have had it for years there is no repairing only preventive measures. Also a fantom pain follows along with redness and swelling.

Could be the start of hot flashes. I heard that some women say they get it in the both of there feet and it starts to travel.
