I was never diagnosed, but have been having constant stinging and tingling pain with numbness in my right thigh. I sure hope someone has some answers, I am overweight, and 45 I am worried but cannot afford the doctors.

Mine is in my left as well. My sports medicine/orthopedic doctor says it's from my back and he was very adamant about it and then the pain specialist said that's what it was too.
I feel pain/sensation in the left thigh. It only happens really bad when I poke my thigh, it starts to tingle and get weird pins/pain. Also if I cross my left foot over my right it feels like a sore, torn muscle by my knee. What does this mean?
