Exactly the same for me. Spent all night waking up it bloody hurts.
DigestGold+probiotics by enzymedica helped me tremendously when dealing with this issue
I was told the pain was my gallbladder so u had it removed. Two years later and pain is back with a vengeance. Ugh
If you can take Ranitidine (also Zantac) in liquid form whenever you have this problem it should resolve it when you're in pain if you're throwing up a little bile. Also, if you take a Zantac tablet etc., suck on them, do not chew. My mother went to emergency for same thing and Dr. told her take liquid or suck, don't chew. It solved the problem right there. She had chewed them prior to coming to emergency. Also, my dog has same problem (seriously). She has to take liquid Ranitidine whenever I see her hunching a little and she throws up a slight amount of bile.
Did you ever find out what this was??? I have everything your saying and its horrible :( I cant live like this.
I've never had problems with my gallbladder...but for the last several days I've been having bad abdominal pain and between my rib cage. When it first started it was a pain in my left side lower abdomen like between my hip and pubic line area. You mentioned you have had issues with ur gallbladder, so that's why I'm replying seeing if what I discribed is anything like you experienced?
Hey all, I also had this pain. It was severe enough that I went to the ER, which I have only done one other time in my life. They gave me stuff for nausea and basically glorified Pepto. It didn't help much at all. What I did find for me that helped was 'American Health Chewable Super Papaya Enzyme Plus.' It doesn't get rid of the problem completely, but it does relieve some of the pain, esp if I remember to take it with each meal.
That sounds like gall stones..Get checked asap!
Mine started 6 months ago, you know the feeling of peeling the top of the fresh blister off, thats what I felt, bottom of sternum under the pointy. I also felt a muscle spasm in the same location, lasting about 15 seconds every 10 minutes or so for at least 3 hours. Had a fever for at least a week with night sweats. Itched on and off for a couple of months. Pain remained but slowly diminished by Oct. I still feel the pain a little depending on how I sit. Doctor said it was acid reflux based on how I described the pain. If I compare the discomfort now to the initial pain, its a 0.2.
I have some tummy trouble, pain in upper abdomen, nausea, pain under left rib, and pain in centre. Could someone or anyone who would know what this is shed some light on my issue? It has been like this for months.
These symptoms sound like gallstones, & you're having a galbladder attack they're especially prevalent at night. You'll see an ultrasound to diagnose it & will likely need surgery. Fatty meals in particular will trigger these issues, low fat diet & avoid eating before bed should help.
Possibly gallstones, nausea, pain under right rib (or center) are some of the symptoms. It can also be indigestion as well, they can even stack.
Could be infection in kidneys
I have had the pain in the center just below my rib cage for 12 years. It all started when I had my gallbladder removed and the doctor can not find anything. The pain is terrible with burning deep, aching, feeling .
