After lower facelift/neck lift, still numb after 10 months

I live in Charlotte and just had a neck lift. I’d love your massage girls info. I’m only two days out of surgery & the pain has been excruciating. Still have drains. I sure hope I have a good outcome.

Same situation...I'm at ten months now and it feels like a tight bonnet is tied under my chin. The sides of my face are still numb and my mouth feels like it's being pulled down. Like you, I look better but in some areas angles are a bit off...and under neck feels like I have a pelican bill with the pressure so it's hard to feel attractive. Did yours ease up any?

I had my neck lift 6 years ago and it was very tight. About 2 years afterward, something snapped and I was left with a migrating numbness from my nostril to my chin, left side ti a little past midline. Numbness in tongue, pallet, and salivary glands. It has become the bane of my existence and I wish I had never had it done. Wish I could reverse. Meanwhile, the meds I take for it aren't all that good for me either.

My facial nerves around the mouth caused drooping which DID go away. Chances are that yours will, too! Apparently it happens quite a bit

Hello, wondering if you had any improvement? i had a lower face and neck lift a year and a half ago. Numbness considerable on sides of face, more so on the side that his nurse said he worked on the most and has dropped considerably creating a lopsided look to my face. My neck is also stringy looking and very tight and choking under jaw so not hopeful the pressure goes away. I am having an MRI with an ENT and hoping for revision with some relief from this pressure. My surgeon did not specialize in facial plastic surgery so for revision I am seeking one who does
